Charging Your Jackery Explorer 2000 Pro
Jackery advocates for green energy. The product supports simultaneous charging via solar and AC wall charging.
When both AC and solar charging are active, solar charging is prioritized, and both methods contribute to charging at maximum permissible power.
Charging from the Wall
Use the included AC cable. Connect the AC charger to the Explorer 2000 Pro.

Charging from Solar
Solar Generator Connector
(Tip: This accessory is sold separately)
Two or three solar panels can be connected in series using this adapter. Ensure all connected solar panels are of the same type for maximum power output.
Functions of Main Ports (on adapter)
- Solar panel charging output port (DC8020 male): Connects to the DC input port of the Jackery Explorer 2000 Pro.
- Solar panel charging input port (DC8020 female): Connects to the solar panel(s).
- Change-over switch: For connecting two or three solar panels in series. Keep OFF for two panels; ON requires three panels.
How to Use (Take 200W Solar Panel As An Example)
Jackery SolarSaga solar panels (68W, 100W, 200W) have two output ports. Connect the solar panel and adapter as shown.
Connecting two 200W solar panels:
[Diagram description: Two Jackery SolarSaga 200W panels are connected via DC8020 and DC7909 cables to the adapter, which then connects to the Explorer 2000 Pro.]
Connecting three 200W solar panels:

Connection Operation Instructions
When charging, connect the adapter to the power station's DC input port *before* connecting the solar panel. When fully charged, disconnect the solar panel first, then the adapter.
Solar Panels Connection Guide
Users can connect solar panels in series or parallel.
- Example 1 (Series): One SolarSaga 200W panel connected to the Explorer 2000 Pro.
- Example 2 (Series): Two SolarSaga 200W panels connected in series to the Explorer 2000 Pro.
- Example 3 (Series): Three SolarSaga 200W panels connected in series to the Explorer 2000 Pro.
- Example 4 (Parallel): Two sets of two SolarSaga 200W panels connected in parallel to the Explorer 2000 Pro.
- Example 5 (Parallel): Two sets of three SolarSaga 200W panels connected in parallel to the Explorer 2000 Pro.
Caution: When using two inputs simultaneously, ensure all solar panels are of the same type and quantity in each input to prevent voltage inconsistencies and potential damage.
Charging in the Car
This product can be charged using a 12V car charger. Start the vehicle before charging to avoid draining the car battery.
Ensure a good connection between the car charger and the cigarette lighter, and that the charger is fully inserted. Avoid using the car charger on bumpy roads to prevent poor connection and potential damage. Jackery is not responsible for losses due to non-standard operation.

DC7909 to DC8020 Adaptor Operation Guide
Jackery solar panels are now equipped with a DC7909 to DC8020 adapter. If your panel lacks this adapter, you can charge the Explorer 2000 Pro using the instructions below.
[Diagram description: A DC7909 male connector is shown connecting to a DC8020 female port on the adapter, which then connects to the Explorer 2000 Pro.]
Safety Precautions When Charging
- When using both DC inputs simultaneously, ensure the number of solar panels connected in series is the same, and use the same type of solar panel.
- Do not charge from a car charger and solar panel at the same time, as this may damage the car fuse. ❌
- Vehicle charging is only applicable to 12V vehicles, not 24V.
- It is recommended to use Jackery accessories for solar charging. Jackery is not liable for losses incurred from using other brands' solar panels.

FAQ
Q: Can the product be brought on board a plane?
A: No. Due to its lithium battery exceeding 100 watt-hours, it is prohibited by International Standards & Regulations for the Transportation of Hazardous Materials.
Q: Why is there sound when using?
A: The product uses an air-cooled system with a built-in fan for cooling. Slight noise during operation is normal.
Q: Can I charge the Jackery Explorer 2000 Pro while a device is plugged in?
A: Yes. It supports a maximum output of 2200W when charging via AC input, or AC input + DC input (solar/car charging) simultaneously, or DC input alone.
Q: How to keep this product when it is not used for a long time?
A: For storage longer than 3 months, maintain the battery at 60-80% capacity. Store in a dry, cool place (0~40 °C, 0%~60% humidity), away from corrosive substances, fire, and heat sources. Check and recharge every 3 months.
Q: Can it be used to jump start a car?
A: No, it cannot jump start a car. However, it can be used as a power supply for automobiles. A separate Jackery power supply cord is available for recharging a car.
Q: Why is the output to the low-power device automatically turned off after several hours?
A: This is the Low Power Mode feature, designed to prevent battery drain if output is left on. The device automatically shuts down after 12 hours if the connected load is below specified thresholds (AC Output ≤25W, USB Output ≤2W, Car Port ≤2W). To resume output, press the relevant button (AC, USB, or Car Port). To enable/disable Low Power Mode, long press the AC and DISPLAY buttons.
Q: Why does the USB Output operation indicator light up, but the load device has no charging input or can't work normally?
A: First, check if the load device is functioning correctly. If it is, press the USB Button to restart the USB output.
