2. Installation Guide

Step 1: Prepare the Truck Bed

Stick the seal strip on the front of the truck bed. Cut down the strip parts on the two junction steps between the bulkhead and the side bed. Finally, cut the strip a little longer than the length of the bulkhead bed. Ensure there is no gap between the strip and the corner of the tonneau cover.

Step 2: Position the Tonneau Cover

Place the tonneau cover on the front of the truck bed and adjust its position to the center.

Step 3: Secure the First Panel

Insert the Knob and Aluminum Buckle through the T-bolt to assemble a fixed clamp in the first panel near the bulkhead. Spin the knob and tighten the buckle to lock it onto the truck bed rails.

Note: If the cover has pre-installed buckle mounts, proceed to Step 4. If not, align the Buckle Mounts according to the hole positions in the front bar of the tonneau cover and fasten the screws with the hex key.

Step 4: Attach Clamp Handles

Insert the handle through the T-bolts to assemble as a clamp handle. Unfold the second cover.

Step 5: Secure the Clamps

Spin the clamp handles up and push down the handle to ensure the lip is locked on both sides of the truck bed rails. Ensure the handles are secure and tight on the bed rails. Then unfold the third cover without the fixture. (If it is a triple cover, proceed to Step 6 directly.)

Step 6: Secure Remaining Panels

Repeat the procedure from Step 4 for the last cover. Sometimes the seal strip in the last panel may wrinkle during transportation; pull it higher during initial installation for better water resistance. Close the tailgate to check whether the cover lays flat or if there are any gaps between the cover and the bed.

3. Long Bed Liner Tips

Note: If your truck bed is covered with a long bed liner on the metal side, please cut the plastic off so the clamp can contact and lock onto the metal side. For safety, apply this method to all 6 lock positions. Locking only onto the plastic may loosen the clamp handle and cause the tonneau cover to open during driving.

4. Vehicles with Utility Track (Toyota/Nissan/Jeep)

Slide the aluminum blocks into the track, then adjust their position and tighten the set-screws.

Secure the six clamps on the aluminum blocks.

Note: Please install the longest blocks for the last panel near the tailgate, if applicable.

Finished Look

The tonneau cover should now be securely installed, providing a finished and protected truck bed.
