Notes
- Read these instructions carefully before starting installation.
- The bull bar is designed to fit a 16"-20" side mount LED light bar.
- The pretreated trim panel can be removed for customized painting.
- If any parts are missing or any damage is found, please take a picture and contact OEDRO.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Remove Original Bumper
- Remove four (4) rivets holding the splash guard and detach the splash guard.
- Remove two (2) rivets securing the frame cover between the grille and the front bumper.
- Disconnect fog lamp connectors.
- Remove eight (8) M12 hex nuts holding the original bumper onto the frame rail.
- Carefully remove the original front bumper.

Step 2: Install Fog Lamps
- Remove factory fog lamps from the old bumper.
- Install the factory fog lamps to the OEDRO front bumper using the factory mounting hardware.
Step 3: Attach Bull Bar
- Position the bull bar to the OEDRO front bumper.
- Secure the bull bar using six (6) M8 button head bolts, six (6) M8 flat washers, and six (6) M8 hex nuts.
- Tighten the M8 hardware to 15 ft. lbs. torque.

Step 4: Attach Winch Plate
- Position the winch plate to the OEDRO front bumper.
- Secure the winch plate using four (4) M10 button head bolts, four (4) M10 flat washers, and four (4) M10 hex nuts.
- Tighten the M10 hardware to 31 ft. lbs. torque.

Step 5: Mount Bumper Assembly to Frame
- With assistance, lift and attach the assembled bumper to the vehicle's frame rails.
- Secure the bumper assembly using eight (8) M12 flat washers and eight (8) M12 hex nuts.
- Tighten the M12 hex bolts to 60 ft. lbs. torque.

Step 6: Install Accessories and Final Checks
- Position the license plate bracket to the winch plate.
- Secure the license plate bracket with two (2) M10 button head bolts, two (2) M10 flat washers, and two (2) M10 hex nuts.
- Connect the fog lamp connectors.
- Install two (2) D-rings onto the shackle mounting brackets.
- After the bumper is installed, perform periodic checks to ensure all mounting hardware remains secure and tight.
