How it Works
Headset Controls
Diagram shows headset components:
- On/Off/Volume + Button

Note: The microphone is only used for voice calls.
On/Off
Diagram shows On/Off/Volume + Button.
To turn on the headset: Press and hold the On/Off/Volume + Button until the LED indicator flashes blue. Audrey will say, "Welcome to Shokz."
To turn off the headset: Press and hold the On/Off/Volume + Button until the LED indicator flashes red. Audrey will say, "Power off."
Pairing with Mobile Device

- Start with your headset turned off.
- Press and hold the Volume + Button until the LED indicator flashes alternating red and blue.
- Select "OpenComm2 by Shokz_II" in your device's Bluetooth settings. Audrey will say, "Connected."
Pairing with PC

Instructions:
- Start with your headset turned off.
- Connect the included USB adapter to a USB port on your PC.
- The connection is established when Audrey says "Connected" or beeps, and the LED indicator on the USB adapter is solid blue.
Screen display: SELECT THE SOUND DEVICE : Loop120 by Shokz Connected
Configure: To play music or answer calls, ensure "Loop120 by Shokz" is selected as both the input and output device in your operating system's audio settings.
Note: Only the UC version is equipped with a wireless adapter that supports a USB connection to a computer.
How to Wear

Slide the headset over your head, bring it to the back of your neck, and place the ear hooks over your ears.
Notes:
- Place the noise-canceling microphone close to your mouth.
- Wearing your headset incorrectly can cause discomfort. Ensure the transducers rest on your ears.
Music and Calls
Adjust Volume
Adjust headset volume while audio is playing by pressing the "Volume +" or "Volume -" button. A beep sounds at maximum volume.
Switching EQ Modes
Press and hold both buttons (On/Off/Volume + Button and Volume Button) while music is playing until you hear a voice prompt.

End a call and switch to a call on hold | Press and hold for 2 seconds |
Activate Voice Assistant | Press and hold the mute button for 2 seconds when not on a call. |
Mute Microphone | Single click on a call. Audrey will say, "Mute on." |
Stop Muting Microphone | Single click on a call. Audrey will say, "Mute off." |
Wireless Adapter
Diagram shows Loop120 USB-A and Loop120 USB-C adapters.
To install Shokz Connect on your computer, you can access additional information about pairing, firmware updates, function settings, and resets for the Shokz Bluetooth adapter.
LED on the Adapter
The LED indicator on the adapter shows the status:
- Pairing Mode: Flashes alternating red and blue
- Re-pairing Mode: Flashes blue every second
- Standby Mode: Flashes blue every five seconds and stops flashing within a minute
- Bluetooth Connection: Solid blue
- Music/Media Streaming: Solid blue
- On a Call: Solid green
- Mute during a call: Solid red
Check Battery Status

To check battery status: Click the "Volume +" or "Volume -" button while music is paused. Audrey will tell you the battery status: "Battery high/Battery medium/Battery low/Charge me."
Extra Features
EQ Modes
Your headset features two EQ modes:
- Standard Mode: Balanced frequency for listening to music. [Ear icon]
- Vocal Booster Mode: Enhanced mid-frequencies for audiobooks, podcasts, etc. [Voice icon]
Switching EQ Modes

How to change equalization modes: Press and hold the buttons (Power/Volume up and Volume down) while music is playing until you hear an acoustic signal. Audrey will say: Standard Mode/Vocal Booster Mode.
Multipoint Pairing

Instructions:
- Start with your headset turned off.
- Press and hold the Volume + Button until Audrey says "Pairing." The LED indicator flashes alternating red and blue.
- Press and hold the Multifunction Button and the Volume + Button until Audrey says "multipoint enabled."
- Open the Bluetooth® menu of the first device and select "OpenComm2 by Shokz_II." Audrey will say "connected."
- Turn off your headset.
- Enter pairing mode again by pressing and holding the Volume + Button until Audrey says "pairing," and the LED indicator flashes alternating red and blue.
- Open the Bluetooth® menu of the second device and select "OpenComm2 by Shokz_II." Audrey will say "Connected."
- Turn off your headset.
- Turn on your headset. Your headset is now connected to both devices.
Disable Multipoint Pairing

Instructions:
- Start with your headset turned off.
- Press and hold the Volume + Button until Audrey says "Pairing." The LED indicator flashes alternating red and blue.
- Press and hold the Multifunction Button and the Volume + Button until Audrey says "Multipoint disabled."
Restore Factory Settings

Instructions:
- Start with your headset turned off.
- Press and hold the Volume + Button until Audrey says "Pairing" and the LED indicator flashes alternating red and blue.

3. Press and hold the Multifunction Button, the Volume - Button, and the Volume + Button until you hear two beeps.
4. Turn off your headset. Your headset is now restored and can be paired with your device again.
Change Languages
Your headset has four built-in languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.

- Press and hold the Volume + Button until Audrey says "Pairing" and the LED indicator flashes alternating red and blue.

3. Double-press the multifunction button. The language changes when you hear the corresponding language.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Charging Tips
Diagram illustrates the charging process.
When the headset is at a low battery level, a "Charge me" notification appears, and the red light flashes occasionally. Use the included charging cable to charge. The LED indicator turns red during the charging process, and the headset turns off automatically. The LED indicator turns from red to blue when charging is complete.
