Important Assembly Notes

⚠️ Two or more people are required for assembly.

To avoid squeaking, please tighten the bolts all the way. An electric drill is recommended for the assembly.

Professional installation is highly recommended.

Step 1: Buckle Connection

Connect the black plastic buckles (A and B).

Step 2: Tube Placement

Place the round iron tube as shown for better drawer assembly.

Step 3: Attaching Part R

Attach part R (4 pieces) to the frame.

Step 4: Attaching Part T

Attach part T (8 pieces) to the frame.

Step 5: Attaching Part S

Attach part S (16 pieces), the caster wheels, to the frame.

Step 6: Attaching Parts U and P

Use part U (16 pieces, M6x6mm screws) and part P (1 piece, Allen wrench) to secure components.

Step 7: Attaching Parts V, P, and Q

Use part V (12 pieces, M6x15mm screws), part P (1 piece, Allen wrench), and part Q (4 pieces, metal brackets) to attach components.

Step 8: Attaching Parts E and M

Attach part E (1 piece) using part M (2 pieces, spacers/feet).

Step 9: Attaching Parts I, J, H, P, and N

Use parts I (1 piece), J (1 piece), H (1 piece), P (1 piece, Allen wrench), and N (4 pieces, M8x45mm bolts) to assemble the middle crossbeam.

Note: The middle crossbeam, indicated by a red arrow, represents the front of the bed frame.

Step 10: Attaching Parts F1, F2, F3, F4, K, P, and N

Use parts F1, F2, F3, F4 (long metal beams), K (2 pieces, T-shaped supports), P (1 piece, Allen wrench), and N (4 pieces, M8x45mm bolts) to attach the side beams.

Step 11: Attaching Parts C, D, D1, P, and N

Step 12: Attaching Headboard and Footboard Components

Loosen the screw of the headboard side leg and both sides of the footboard. Hang the bracket and tighten the inner screw.

Step 13: Attaching Parts G, P, and N

Use parts G (1 piece), P (1 piece, Allen wrench), and N (3 pieces, M8x45mm bolts) to attach central support legs.

Step 14: Attaching Parts G, L, P, and N

Step 15: Attaching Parts O and A

Use part O (24 pieces, slats) and part A (12 pieces) to install the bed slats.

Step 16: Securing Drawer Panel Screws

Hang the drawer panel screw into the side cross beam hole. Assemble step 5 into step 16.
