Assembly Steps

Step 1: Buckle Mechanism

Illustrates the correct way to lock and unlock plastic buckles (A and B). The buckle can only be locked in one direction. To release the buckle, follow the direction indicated by the arrow.

Step 2: Drawer Assembly

Place the round iron tube as shown for better drawer assembly.

Step 3: Attaching Support Racks

Attach the support racks (R) using plastic connectors (S).

Step 4: Securing the Frame

Use screws (U) to attach the frame components. Use screws (P) for final tightening.

Step 5: Connecting Side Panels

Use screws (V) and brackets (P) to connect the side panels. Ensure correct orientation with a checkmark (✓) and incorrect orientation with a cross (✗).

Step 6: Attaching Legs

Attach the legs (M) to the main frame using component (E).

Step 7: Assembling the Crossbeams

Attach the middle crossbeam (indicated by a red arrow) to the front of the frame using components (I), (J), (H), and (P). Note that the middle crossbeam represents the front of the bed.

Step 8: Connecting Frame Sections

Connect the frame sections using screws (P), (N), and support bars (F1, F2, F3, F4), and brackets (K).

Step 9: Attaching Footboard and Headboard

Loosen the screws on the headboard side leg and both sides of the footboard. Hang the bracket and tighten the inner screw.

Step 10: Finalizing Headboard Attachment

Continue attaching the headboard side leg and footboard components. Ensure the bracket is hung and the inner screw is tightened.

Step 11: Adding Support Rods

Attach support rods (G) using screws (P) and (N).

Step 12: Installing Additional Supports

Install additional support rods (G) and cylindrical supports (L) using screws (P) and (N).

Step 13: Adjusting Legs and Mattress Fit

Adjust the legs (C). This step details fitting mattresses of different thicknesses (10-inch and 12-inch) by attaching screws to specific holes.

Step 14: Attaching Headboard Slats

Attach the headboard slats (A) and supports (O).

Step 15: Securing Drawer Panel

Hang the drawer panel screw into the side cross beam hole. Assemble step 5 into step 15.

Step 16: Installation Complete

Indicates that the installation is completed. Several languages confirm completion.
