Breville Christmas Promotions 2021: Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for various Breville Christmas promotions held in 2021. Participation in any promotion signifies acceptance of these terms.
Breville Christmas Espresso Promotion 2021
Promoter: BREVILLE PTY LIMITED ABN 98 000 092 928, 2/170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.
Promotion Period: Monday, 1 November 2021, 9:00 am (AEST) to Friday, 31 December 2021, 11:59 pm (AEST). Claims must be submitted by Friday, 14 January 2022, 11:59 pm (AEST).
Gift: One of three possible gift packs (Gift Pack 1, 2, or 3).
Eligibility & Redemption: Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store and satisfy other requirements. Limit of one (1) Gift Pack per household. Gifts are not redeemable for cash.
Definitions:
- Immediate Family Member: Spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister, or first cousin.
- Participating Product: Breville products listed below, supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or a Participating Retail Store.
- Participating Retail Store: Australian retail stores authorized by Breville to sell Participating Products and invited to participate. A list is provided below.
- Proof of Purchase: Original tax invoice specifying the product, price, retailer, and purchase date within the Promotional Period.
- Proof of Model Number: Proof of the model number of the Participating Product.
- Purchase: Full and final payment or a binding finance agreement during the Promotional Period. Laybys and certain third-party payment services (Afterpay, Zippay) do not count unless fully paid within the period.

Privacy: Personal information collected is used for promotion conduct and may be disclosed to third parties. Breville may use information for marketing purposes. Eligibility: Must be an Australian resident (18+ or with consent), not an employee of Promoter/retailer/agency, and the end-user of the product.
Claim Process: Purchase product, retain proof of purchase, visit promotions.breville.com.au by 14 January 2022, and complete the online claim form with required details and proof.
Validation: Promoter verifies Proof of Model Number and Proof of Purchase. Successful claimants are notified via email.
