Breville Father's Day Espresso Promotion 2022

Promotion Overview

Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Breville Father's Day Espresso Promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Claims must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

Promoter: BREVILLE PTY LIMITED ABN 98 000 092 928 of 2/170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.

Promotion Period: Commences 9:00 am (AEST) Thursday, 28th July 2022, and closes 11:59 pm (AEST) Monday, 12th September 2022. Claims received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

Claim Submission Deadline: Friday, 30th September 2022, by 11:59 pm (AEST).

Promotional Gift: One of three possible gift packs ('Gift Pack 1', 'Gift Pack 2', 'Gift Pack 3'). Limit of one (1) Gift Pack total per household. Gifts are not redeemable for cash.

Definitions

Immediate Family Member: Spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

Participating Product: Any Breville product listed by model name and number, supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or a Participating Retail Store.

Participating Retail Store: Australian retail stores authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and invited to participate. Includes Breville.com.au, Appliances Online, Amazon, Betta Electrical, Betta Home Living, Bi-Rite, Bing Lee, Breville Outlet Store, Chef's Hat, Cookshop Plus, Costco, David Bark Appliances, David Jones, Domayne, Good Guys, Harris Scarfe, Harvey Norman, Home & Giving, House, Joyce Mayne, JB Hi-Fi, Kitchen to Table, Kitchen Queen, Leading Appliances, Myer, Retravision WA, Peters of Kensington, Qantas Store, Seconds World, Stan Cash, Williams Sonoma.

Proof of Purchase: Original tax invoice clearly confirming purchase, specifying the Participating Product, price paid, Participating Retail Store, and purchase date within the Promotional Period.

Proof of Model Number: Proof of the model number of a Participating Product by Breville.

Purchase: Full and final payment or valid finance agreement for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period. Excludes laybys unless final payment is made during the period. Afterpay and Zippay transactions count only if payment is made in full during the Promotional Period.

Eligibility and Claims

To be eligible to claim a Gift Pack, each claimant must:

• Be an Australian resident currently living in Australia with an Australian residential and postal address. Gift Packs will only be delivered in Australia.
• Be aged 18 years old or over, or if under 18, have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Not be an employee of the Promoter, a Participating Retail Store, or associated agency, or an Immediate Family Member of such a person.
• Be the Participating Product's end-user, purchasing for own use or as a personal gift, not for commercial purposes, re-sale, re-supply, rental, or hire purchase.
• Make a Purchase and retain the original Proof of Purchase.
• Visit promotions.breville.com.au ("Website") by 30th September 2022.
• Follow prompts and instructions, which may include retaining original packaging and Proof of Purchase, and visiting the "Online Claim Form" to provide personal details and a scanned copy/photograph of the Proof of Purchase.

The Promoter and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, late, damaged, or misdirected claims. Claimants must ensure all personal details are correct.

Validation of Claims

The Promoter will verify the Proof of Model Number and Proof of Purchase. Once a claim is validated, the claimant will be notified by email.

If a claimant provides an invalid Proof of Model Number and/or Proof of Purchase, they will be notified via email and have 14 calendar days after the notification to provide valid proof. Failure to do so may invalidate the claim.

The Promoter may verify claimant details and disqualify claims not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or those that tamper with the process. All decisions are final.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants are responsible for providing correct contact details.

Gift Packs

Each validated claimant receives a Gift Pack based on the Promotional Product purchased. Gift Packs are provided as is and are subject to delivery or processing delays.

No delivery fee for deliveries within Australia. Changes to delivery address require 7 days' notice to askus@breville.com.au. Breville is not liable for deliveries if address change is not notified in time.

The Promoter is not responsible for delivery or processing delays. Gift Pack delivery is aimed for within 28 business days of notification. If a Gift Pack or element becomes unavailable, Breville may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

General Terms and Conditions

• If a Participating Product is returned for refund or exchange, the claim is disqualified.
• Claimants are responsible for all associated costs, including taxes (excluding GST) on Gift Packs.
• Breville makes no guarantee of web service availability and is not responsible for interruptions affecting participation.
• Breville excludes liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the promotion, including technical difficulties, acts/omissions, theft, or issues with documentation.
• These Terms and Conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable legislation.
• Breville's liability for breach of statutory guarantees is limited to replacing/repairing goods or supplying equivalent goods/services.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
