1. How to Load the Label Paper Correctly

Ensure the label paper is loaded correctly to guarantee proper printer function. If loaded incorrectly, the label paper may not function as expected.

Instructions: The label paper should be facing down into the paper bin. Once correctly positioned, you can print normally.

Download and install the "Clabel trade" application from the App Store or Google Play to use your label printer.

3. How to Connect to the "Clabel trade" APP

Follow these steps to connect your device to the "Clabel trade" APP:

1. Turn on Phone Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. Open the "Clabel trade" App: Launch the application and tap the connection button, typically located in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Connect to Device: Find and select your printer model, identified as "220B device" (e.g., CT220B-A3827), from the list of available devices and establish the connection.

To turn on the machine: Long press the power supply button for 2 seconds. The printer is now ready to print.

To tear off the printing paper: Face the serrations on the printer and tear the label paper downwards.
