Product Overview
The Clabel CT521B portable label printer features the following components:
- Upper cover: This part opens to allow access to the label roll compartment.

Operating Instructions
Opening and Closing the Cover
To open the printer cover, press and hold the upper cover and turn it counterclockwise. To close the cover, turn it clockwise.
Power Key Functions
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power key to the right for 2 seconds.
- Advance Paper: Flick the power key to the right once to move a sheet of paper forward.
- Print Self-Test Page: Flick the power key to the right twice to print the self-test page.
Indicator Light Status
- Slow flashing blue light: Indicates that the Bluetooth is not connected.
- Solid blue light: Indicates that the Bluetooth is connected.
- Fast flashing blue light: Indicates a low battery; please charge the device.
- Solid red light: Indicates that the device is charging.
- Solid green light: Indicates that the battery is fully charged.
Preparation Before Printing
- Toggle the power button to the right for 2 seconds. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the printer is switched on.
- Press the upper cover with your palm and turn it counterclockwise to open the upper cover.
- Load the consumables (label roll) face up into the paper compartment.
- Align the top cover and place it correctly to ensure it sits well.
- Press the upper cover with your palm and turn it clockwise to close the upper cover securely.
Mobile Printing with the "Clabel mini" Application
- Download and install the "Clabel mini" application from the [App Store] or [Google Play]. This application is designed for easy downloading and use.
- On your mobile device, navigate to the system settings and turn on Bluetooth.
- Open the "Clabel mini" application.
- Tap the "Edit" button within the app to begin designing your labels.
- Tap the icon in the upper right corner to access device connection options.
- Tap the Bluetooth name of the printer to establish a connection. The printer's Bluetooth name can be retrieved by pressing the power button twice.
- Add the content you wish to print. The app supports various elements including Text, Icons, Frames, Doodle, Time, Date, Barcode, and QR Code. You can also specify the number of copies to print.
- Tap the "Print" button to send the design to the printer.
- Tap the "OK" button to confirm the print job and wait for the printing process to be completed.
