Product Overview
The smartwatch features a high-definition full-touch display screen and a rotary encoder for navigation. Charging is facilitated by magnetic suction wireless charging.
Touch Operation
- Down stroke: Accesses the Status bar.
- Right stroke: Activates the Split screen function bar.
- Left stroke: Accesses Quick functions.
- Up stroke: Displays Messages.
- Knob encoder function keys:
- Long press for 5 seconds to turn on/off the machine.
- Click on the dial interface to enter the menu.
- Double-click on the menu interface to switch menu style.
- Click on other interfaces to return to the main interface.
- Long press for more than 15 seconds to force shutdown.
- Dial switch preview interface: When the screen is on, long press and hold the dial interface for 3 seconds to enter the dial switch preview interface.

Connection Tutorial
- Download the 'DaFit' app: Search for 'DaFit' in your phone's app store or use the QR codes provided in the original document to jump to the download link (browsers, WeChat, etc. can scan the codes).
- Connecting a watch: After enabling Bluetooth on your phone, enter the "Add Device" function in the DaFit app. Directly search for the device, find its corresponding Bluetooth MAC address, and manually connect.
- Connect to Bluetooth for calls: Slide down to open the shortcut menu and ensure the Bluetooth call switch is on (the Bluetooth icon in the middle of the status bar is purple). This setting can be adjusted on the phone. Once a call Bluetooth device is discovered (with Bluetooth enabled on the phone), find the name of the audio device you are using and click Connect. After successful connection, you can use the call and music functions.
DaFit QR Code
The DaFit app is compatible with Android 5.0 and above, and iOS 10.0 and above. (QR codes for download are available in the original document).
Health Function Introduction
1. Heart Rate
To measure current heart rate: Click to enter the function. The watch will remind you to wear it correctly. Real-time heart rate data can be detected on the DaFit app hourly, with corresponding records displayed in a shape chart.
Visual representation: The original document shows two figures. Figure 1 depicts a heart rate monitoring interface with a graph showing heart rate trends. Figure 2 shows a similar interface, likely for blood oxygen.
2. Blood Oxygen Test
Click to enter the blood oxygen testing function. The test data will be synchronized in real-time to the DaFit app.
3. Multi-Sport Mode
The watch provides multiple sports modes for selection. Heart rate, calories, and other data will be recorded during exercise.
Features
- Phone Function: After connecting to the phone's audio Bluetooth, the watch can view recent calls, dial, and access contact functions. It supports setting up shortcut communication in the app for up to 8 contact cards.
- Step Counting: View daily steps taken, calorie consumption, and exercise time. Data is saved and reset to zero at midnight, supporting up to seven days of records. Click the step counting interface to view relevant data.
- Sleep Monitoring: From 10 PM to 8 AM the next day, sleep duration and quality are recorded to help adjust your schedule and improve sleep quality. Sleep-related data can be found on the sleep function interface.
- Compass: To activate for the first time, follow calibration prompts. After calibration, the compass function can be used.
- Voice Assistant: After connecting the DaFit app and call audio, wake up the phone's voice assistant through the watch's voice assistant function.
- Information Recording: This function requires connecting to the mobile app "DaFit" to query third-party program messages for setting message notifications.
- Music Control: Control and play music on the phone.
- Calculator: Perform simple calculations.
- Stopwatch: Turn on this function for timing.
- Settings: Set various local device settings, including display and brightness (brightness adjustment, sleep time, raised screen, dial and menu style), sound vibration, do not disturb mode, and audio Bluetooth switch.
- Weather: After connecting to the app, synchronize real-time and past seven days' weather information provided by "DaFit".
- Flashlight: Supports flashlight function. Click to control opening and closing after entering the function.
- Camera Control: After connecting to the app (obtaining camera permissions), click to enter the function (or directly enter from the app's camera control) to enable remote control of mobile phone photography. The app must be in the current interface of the phone and cannot be in the background.
- Alarm Clock: Supports alarm function and allows free setting of alarm reminders.
- Menstrual Period: Female users can set their own female health information through other app settings and receive health reminders based on different settings.
Long sitting reminders, water drinking reminders, heart rate warnings, watch search, do not disturb mode period, and time settings for raising the hand to light up the screen can be set in the "Other Settings" function of the app.
How to Set Up Message Notifications
On the phone, go to Settings → Application Management, find "DaFit" → Permission Management, and open all permissions. Then enter notification management, find "DaFit", and open all permissions. Allow it to run in the background, select "unlimited" return. It will prompt to open automatically. Go back, select the desired APP message notification, and click Open. On iOS, turn on shared system notification in mobile phone settings → BT → connected BT settings.
Note: If the computer version of the selected app is online, the mobile phone will not receive information notifications, and the watch will not remind.
Common Troubleshooting
- Watch cannot be turned on: The power button was pressed for less than 3 seconds, or the battery level is too low. Use a charging cable to charge.
- Watch cannot be charged normally: Check if the charging contact is in normal contact with the watch and if the charger is functional. When the battery level is low, it may take some time for the charging interface to display.
- Data Accuracy: Watch devices monitor human activity through electronic sensors and are considered consumer grade. It is normal for the product to experience certain errors. Please treat the data objectively.
- App Whitelisting: If your phone has security management or cleaning acceleration applications, set "DaFit" as a whitelist (trust list).
- Software Issues: If software issues occur while the watch is running, it can be restored to normal by restoring the factory settings.
Warranty Description
- Quality Problems: During normal use, if product quality problems arise due to manufacturing, materials, or design, the motherboard is guaranteed for one year free of charge from the date of purchase, and the battery and charger are guaranteed for half a year.
- Exclusions: Failures caused by the user's personal reasons do not provide free warranty, including:
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification of watches, etc.
- Injury caused by accidental falling during use.
- All man-made damage or third-party negligence/misuse (e.g., water in the host, external force cracking, scratch damage to peripheral components) are not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty Claim: When requesting a free warranty, provide a warranty card with the date of purchase and the stamp of the place of purchase.
- Product Functionality: All functions of the product are based on the physical object.
