Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for using your Smartwatch. It covers setup, features, and specifications to help you get the most out of your device.
Smartwatch Overview
The Smartwatch displays current time (PM), date (28 WED), steps taken (16358), calories burned (785 KCAL), heart rate (102 BPM), and temperature (28°C).
Getting Started
Downloading the App
To use all features, download and install the companion app. Scan the QR code below to download and install the app.

Charging the Watch
Charge the device before first use. Connect the charging cable to your device and a USB port on an adapter or computer.
Pairing the App with the Watch
- Open the app and complete your profile.
- Navigate to "Devices" and tap "Add Device".
- Select your device from the list of scanned devices.
- Tap "Couple" to pair.
The MAC address found on the Settings About page can help identify your device in the scan list.
Using the Touchscreen
Navigate through the watch interface using touch gestures:
- Control Center: Access quick settings.
- Menu: View main applications.
- Function Pages: Swipe to access different features.
- News Center: View notifications and updates.
Phone Call Functionality
Connect your watch to your phone via Bluetooth to make and receive calls.
Making and Receiving Calls
The watch features a dial pad for making calls and displays incoming call notifications.
Other functions require connection via the Da Fit app.
Important Notes for Phone Calls:
- If the watch was previously connected to another mobile phone, disconnect it from the old phone first. This action will restore the watch to factory settings.
- The Bluetooth name for call connection is G109.
- Keep the phone within 5 meters (approx. 16 feet) of the watch during calls to maintain call quality.
Smartwatch Functions
AI Voice Assistant
Tap the icon to activate your phone's voice assistant. Use your watch to control voice commands.
Alarm
Set alarms in the app. The device will vibrate to notify you at the set time.
Remind You to Exercise
The device vibrates to remind you to move after an hour of sitting. This function can be turned on or off in the app.
Sleep Tracking
Wear the watch while sleeping to track your sleep duration and quality. Sleep statistics reset daily at 8:00 PM.
Heart Rate Check
The smartwatch records your heart rate throughout the day. Tap the side button to measure your heart rate manually.

Pedometer
The smartwatch automatically counts your steps displayed on the screen. Movement statistics reset at midnight.
Training
Tap the workout icon to start a new workout recording. The watch supports 123 sports. The last training session is displayed on the training page.
Blood Pressure Measurement
Tap the Blood Pressure page to measure your blood pressure. The most recent measurement data is displayed.

Tap the SpO2 page to start measurement. View recent SpO2 data on the page.

Weather
View today's and tomorrow's weather information. Data synchronizes with the app when connected. Updates may be delayed if the connection is lost.
Message Reminder
Sync incoming notifications from platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The last 5 messages are saved. Enable/disable notifications in the app.
Camera Control
Use your watch as a remote control for your phone's camera.
Music Control
Control your phone's music player remotely from your watch.
More Functions
Additional features include stopwatch, alarm, timer, brightness adjustment, mute, power saving modes, factory reset, and power off.
Stopwatch
On the stopwatch page, tap "Start" to begin timing and "Stop" to end. Use the "Lap" button to record lap times.

Quick View
Quick View allows you to check the time or phone information by simply turning your wrist towards you, without needing to press a button.

Consumers are responsible for the proper disposal and recycling of the smartwatch and its accessories. Do not dispose of with normal household waste. Treat as electronic waste and take to a local collection point for electronic devices. Contact your local electronic equipment disposal authority or retailer for more information.
