Product Introduction

APP Download and Connection

To get started, scan the QR code to download and install the "HryFine" APP. This can be done using a browser or WeChat.

Connection Method

The watch connects to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, enabling data synchronization for information, weather, contacts, step counting, sleep tracking, and more. Data will not sync if the connection is lost or unbound.

Bluetooth Connection Steps:

• On the watch, navigate to Settings > General > About This Machine to find the Bluetooth address.
• Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, open the HryFine APP, and tap "Add Device" to scan for and connect to the corresponding device.
• Alternatively, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings (Settings > General > Bluetooth), enable Bluetooth, search for the bracelet's Bluetooth name, and bind it. A colored Bluetooth icon indicates a successful connection.

Audio Connection Mode

Note: When the watch is connected to the APP, watch data is synchronized with the mobile phone via Bluetooth. If disconnected or unbound, data synchronization will cease.

Watch Operation Instructions

Function Introduction

• Dialing: Connect to your phone's Bluetooth to make calls directly from the watch.
• Contacts: Add contacts in the HryFine APP. Once added, they will sync to the watch's phonebook, allowing you to make calls by selecting a contact.
• Call Log: View call records on the watch and redial by tapping a phone number.
• Message: Receive mobile phone notifications, including SMS, WeChat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and other message types.
• Exercise: Select from multiple sport modes to track calories burned, heart rate, and steps during your activity. View exercise records after completion.
• Pedometer: Counts daily steps and resets to zero at midnight (00:00).
• Sleep Monitoring: Enables sleep detection to monitor sleep quality, showing data like sleep duration, rapid eye movement (REM), deep sleep, and light sleep.
• Sedentary Reminder: Set reminders for inactivity via the mobile app.
• Heart Rate: Wear the watch snugly on your wrist, above the wrist bone. It measures real-time heart rate; a normal resting rate is typically 60-100 beats per minute.
• Bluetooth Photography: Open the phone's camera via the APP and take photos using the watch.
• Bluetooth Music: Control music playback and volume on your mobile phone.
• Settings: Includes Bluetooth switch, notification settings, raise-to-wake, vibration, button settings, backlight, time settings, sound and haptics, APP view, bedside lamp, language settings, cover-to-sleep, Dynamic Island, shake-to-answer, Do Not Disturb mode, screen-off clock, power off, restart, factory reset, and "About This Unit".
• Find Phone: If your phone is not on silent, the watch can make it ring.
• Weather: Connect to the APP to display current weather temperature.
• Drink Water Reminder: Set reminders via the device or APP; the device will vibrate.
• Stopwatch: Supports timing and split times.
• Calculator: Perform basic calculations.
• Calendar: View the calendar on the device.
• Alarm: Customize alarms and long-press to delete them.
• Style: Switch between various UI styles.
• SIRI: Use voice commands for remote control.
• Bedside Lamp: When charging, the display shows a standby mode.
• Screen Off Clock: Displays time with hands when the screen is off.
• SOS: Set emergency contact numbers in the APP for direct dialing from the watch.
• Flashlight: Tap the screen for a bright light.
• Breathe: Follow on-screen animations for guided breathing exercises (inhale/exhale).
• Short Video Control: Control playback and likes for short videos (e.g., Douyin/TikTok) on your phone, and adjust volume.
• Women's Health: Set menstrual cycle dates for timely reminders and tracking.

Disassembly

To remove the watch strap, pinch one end of the strap and slide it out along the main unit's wristband card slot.

Notes

• Avoid wearing the watch during hot showers, saunas, or diving. If the watch gets wet, wipe the surface dry with a soft cloth before use.
• Measurement results are for reference only and not intended for medical use.
• When charging with a power adapter, use one that meets relevant safety standards to prevent hazards from counterfeit or low-quality adapters.

FCC Compliance Information

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) it must not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
