Campaign Overview

The participation and utilization terms valid within the scope of the 'Türkiye İş Bankası Maximum Card Holders Special Campaign: 10% Discount on Selected Samsung TVs and Sound Systems' ('Campaign'), organized by Samsung Electronics Istanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ('Samsung'), are specified in this Campaign Terms and Conditions document ('Document') and in other announcements/notifications made by Samsung. Terms announced in the Document and other areas will collectively be referred to as 'Conditions'. Those wishing to benefit from the campaign will be deemed to have read and accepted these Conditions.

The campaign is valid for selected Samsung branded models ('Product(s)') imported by Samsung Electronics Istanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and purchased between 10.01.2025 – 30.09.2025 via samsung.com/tr/. Within the scope of the campaign, Türkiye İş Bankası Maximum Card holders can benefit from a 10% discount on any of the products specified in 'Table 1' by using a discount code obtained through the Maximum Mobil Application, via the link www.samsung.com/tr/offer/isbank-offers/.

Campaign Requirements

1. Product Purchase Requirements:

By clicking the 'Add to Cart' button for one of the selected TV or soundbar models found at the link www.samsung.com/tr/offer/isbank-offers/, entering the single-use discount code provided via the Maximum Mobil Application into the designated field labeled 'Enter Coupon Code', and then clicking the 'APPLY' tab, customers will have the opportunity to receive a 10% discount in their cart. This campaign can only be combined with umbrella campaigns.

General Conditions

• The proof of accuracy and sufficiency of all information provided for campaign participation is the responsibility of the Participant. If any entered information is incomplete or not compliant with the Conditions, Participants will not be able to benefit from the Campaign.
• Samsung has the right to reject any participation found to be contrary to the rules, or any transactions suspected of fraud or deception. Participants will be able to benefit from the Campaign if all entered information is complete and compliant with the Conditions.
• 'Coupon Codes' that will provide a 10% discount in the cart to consumers who meet the necessary conditions within the scope of the campaign are limited by stock. The stock quantity is 50,000.
• Regardless of whether they are a merchant, a Participant can benefit from the 10% discount opportunity for a maximum of 1 TV or 1 soundbar per invoice. Consumers purchasing multiple units on a single invoice will benefit from the 10% discount on the product with the highest value.
• Campaign codes sent exclusively to Maximum Card Holders by Türkiye İş Bankası are single-use.
• Samsung is not responsible for issues that may arise from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address and contact information provided by the Participant.
• This campaign is valid only within the borders of Turkey.
• For TVs or soundbars purchased with a later delivery date due to stock shortages or similar reasons, campaign application dates will not be extended. If the product delivery does not coincide with the final installation date of the TV, the responsibility/decision-making authority rests entirely with the Participant, and Samsung bears no responsibility. There is no installation requirement for soundbars.
• Product delivery dates may be postponed due to logistic, technical, administrative permit/approval delays, or force majeure events. Samsung will announce necessary notifications via its website.
• Samsung reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the Campaign at any time, unilaterally, permanently, or temporarily, without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon announcement on the aforementioned website. It is the Participant's responsibility to follow the updated Conditions.
• By participating in the Campaign, Participants have been informed that their information and personal data will be collected, recorded, and shared with third parties for the purpose of executing the Campaign, in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy (http://www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/) and the Clarification Text.
