"TV+MONITOR MULTI BUY" Campaign Terms and Conditions
Samsung Electronics Istanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Samsung) is organizing the "TV+MONITOR MULTI BUY" (Campaign) promotion. The terms and conditions for participation and benefits are detailed in these campaign conditions and in other announcements/information provided by Samsung. Those wishing to benefit from the campaign are deemed to have read and accepted these campaign conditions.
The campaign is valid for purchases made through the Samsung Online Store (https://samsung.com/tr) or via the SAMSUNG SHOP application, available for download on iOS or Android mobile devices, for select Samsung brand products imported by Samsung.
The campaign is valid for Samsung brand select Televisions (Products) that are included in the campaign and available in stock between 22.08.2025 – 31.12.2025. Participants will be eligible to receive monitor discounts in varying amounts, as specified in the table below, when they add either the 32" M70F Smart Monitor or the 24" S31D Essential Monitor to their cart along with an eligible campaign TV model.

Campaign Participation Process
TV Purchase Stage:
- Participants must add either the 32" M70F Smart Monitor or the 24" S31D Essential Monitor to their cart along with an eligible campaign TV and complete the purchase.
- If the purchase is completed without the discount reflecting in the cart, the offer cannot be utilized afterward.
General Conditions:
- Participants are not entitled to claim the monetary value of the gift product.
- Recommended retail prices, discounted retail prices, and stock quantities may vary. Sales channels are solely authorized to determine product retail prices, and Samsung has no intervention in this regard.
- Product quantities and colors within the scope of the campaign are limited by stock. There are 5 units of stock available for each product model included in the campaign.
- Returns will not be accepted for Products included in the Campaign (except for exceptions arising from the Consumer Protection Law). In case of return of the Product for any reason and refund of the price, the 32" M70F Smart Monitor or 24" S31D Essential Monitor delivered to the Participant must be returned complete with all its accessories.
- Samsung reserves the right to reject any participation found to be in violation of the rules, or any transactions suspected of fraud or deception. Participants will be able to benefit from the Campaign if all information is complete and compliant with the Conditions.
- Regardless of being a merchant, a Participant can benefit from the gift entitlement for a maximum of 3 TVs per invoice. Registration can only be done once per phone number.
- Samsung is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address and contact information provided by the Participant.
- This campaign cannot be combined with another campaign.
- The campaign is valid only within the borders of Turkey.
- Individuals under 18 years of age cannot participate in this campaign.
- The proof of accuracy and sufficiency of all information, such as product codes and participant's personal information, provided during campaign participation is the responsibility of the Participant. If all entered information is not complete and compliant with the Conditions, Participants will not be able to benefit from the Campaign.
- Rights obtained through the campaign are non-transferable.
- Misuse of campaign terms and trading of entitlements obtained as a result of the campaign is prohibited.
- Everyone who participates in the campaign is deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned terms.
- For TVs purchased with a future delivery date due to stock shortages etc., campaign application dates will not be extended. In case the product delivery does not meet the final TV installation date, the responsibility/decision authority lies entirely with the Participant, and Samsung has no responsibility.
- Product delivery dates may be postponed due to logistical, technical, administrative permit/approval delays, and force majeure events. Samsung will announce necessary notifications via its website.
- Samsung reserves the right to permanently or temporarily suspend, extend the Campaign, or make changes to the Conditions without any prior notice at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon announcement on the website mentioned above. It is the Participant's responsibility to follow the current Conditions.
- By participating in the Campaign, Participants have been informed that their information and personal data will be obtained/collected, recorded, and shared with third parties for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy (http://www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/) and the Clarification Text.
