Samsung Electronics Istanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ('Samsung') and Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş (‘Allianz') are conducting a campaign titled “Select Samsung Air Conditioners, Select Home Appliances, and All TV & Sound System Products 10% Discount Code Opportunity Campaign” ('Campaign'). Participation and utilization terms are specified in these campaign conditions and other announcements/information that may be made by Samsung or Allianz. Those who wish to benefit from the Campaign will be deemed to have read and accepted these campaign conditions.

The Campaign is valid for select Samsung brand air conditioners, home appliances, TVs, and sound system models ('Product/s') that are imported by Samsung and available in stock on samsung.com/tr/ and the Samsung Mobile App between 16.07.2025 - 31.07.2025.

* Products indicated with an asterisk (*) refer to sound system models included in the campaign.

Samsung's 365 application will provide special discount codes to consumers who purchase any of the Products from samsung.com/tr/ ('Samsung Online Store') and the Samsung Mobile App. Participants who meet the campaign conditions will receive a 10% discount on their total purchase.

To apply the discount, the product must be added to the cart, and during the purchase process, the 'Enter Coupon Code' section must be clicked. The code should then be entered in the relevant field, and 'Apply' must be clicked for the discount amount to be reflected in the cart.

Discount codes will be provided exclusively by Allianz, and the distribution of these codes will be handled by Allianz. The relevant codes will be sent to Participants via email by Allianz. Allianz is responsible for all matters related to the delivery of the codes to the Participant, including obtaining all necessary permissions (within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and secondary legislation).

Samsung shall not be involved or responsible in any way if the codes are not delivered.

The code sent by Allianz to the Participant can only be used for the purchase of one of the Products included in the Campaign.

Products purchased by corporate entities are excluded from the Campaign.

Traders and commercial title holders cannot benefit from the Campaign. The Campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns organized by Samsung.

Codes are for single use only, cannot be divided, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Samsung reserves the right to reject any participation that it deems to be in violation of the rules.

The last purchase date for participation in the Campaign is July 31, 2025 (at 23:59). Purchases made on subsequent days will not be eligible for the Campaign.

Samsung reserves the right to stop, extend, or change the campaign conditions at any time, either permanently or temporarily, without any prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being announced on the website specified below.

Samsung reserves the right to cancel the discount rights of individuals who are found to be participating in the Campaign with malicious intent, or for transactions suspected of fraud or deception.

Product delivery will be carried out by a third party that performs the sales, and Samsung is not responsible.

Returns will not be accepted for Products included in the Campaign (except for exceptions arising from the Consumer Protection Law). In case of product return for any reason and refund of the price, the discount right granted to the Participant must also be refunded.

The Participant will be solely responsible for any delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the Participant or other issues attributable to the Participant.

By participating in the Campaign, Participants have been informed that their information will be obtained/collected, recorded, and shared with third parties for the purpose of executing the Campaign, in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy (http://www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/) and the Clarification Text (https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/assets/tr/p6gro2/p6_initial_info/bayii-kisisel-verilerin-islenmesine-yonelik-aydinlatma-metni.pdf).

The Campaign is valid within the borders of Turkey.

The number of Products, colors, and discounts within the scope of the Campaign are limited to stock. Total stock quantity: 100,000.
