Campaign Conditions

This campaign is valid for purchases made at Samsung stores, Samsung Online Store (https://shop.samsung.com/tr/), Beymen Online (www.beymen.com/), Aztek Teknoloji Ürünleri Ticaret A.Ş., Idisplay Görüntüleme Teknolojileri A.Ş., Seren DTM Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. and its sub-dealers, Hepsiburada, Amazon, Teknosa, Vatan Bilgisayar, and MediaMarkt. Specifically, it applies to pre-orders at Media Markt, Vatan, and Teknosa's own sales channels, not marketplace sales.

The campaign is valid within the S Wallet application. Participants must be registered users of Samsung Turkey's digital wallet, S Wallet, and have successfully verified their accounts.

The campaign runs from June 6, 2025, to July 31, 2025, for select Samsung Televisions and sound systems ('Product(s)'). Consumers who purchase eligible 'Products' during the pre-order period and fulfill the campaign conditions will receive a S Wallet balance credited to their account, with amounts varying by model as detailed in the table below.

For purchases of any of the products in Offer 1 between June 6, 2025, and June 26, 2025, participants will receive the S Wallet balance specified in the table. Additionally, a 6-month GeForce NOW or Art Store membership may be offered as an extra gift, as indicated in the 'Extra Gift Membership' column.

The list of eligible models and their corresponding reward amounts are provided in the table.

Purchasing a participating TV model and a select sound system on the same day and on the same invoice will increase the S Wallet balance reward by 50% compared to the 'TV S WALLET OFFER' column.

The campaign offers are valid for purchases made between June 6 and July 31, 2025. However, the GeForce NOW or Art Store membership offers are limited to purchases made between June 6 and June 26, 2025.

Samsung Art Store allows users to display digital versions of paintings, photographs, and other artworks, with over 2,500 artworks available. GeForce NOW is NVIDIA's cloud gaming service that transforms your TV into a powerful gaming device. The Ultimate membership plan offers high-resolution, ultra-low latency, and high-performance GeForce RTX hardware for a competitive gaming experience.

Campaign Models List

Table 1 details the S Wallet gift balances that will be loaded into your S Wallet upon successful purchase and setup of the selected TV models and fulfillment of campaign conditions.

If a qualifying TV model is purchased along with a Sound System from the '+ BUNDLE OFFER' column on the same day and invoice, the S Wallet balances will be 50% higher.

In addition to the campaign offers, consumers who make purchases between June 6 and June 26 will be eligible for either a 'GEFORCE NOW ULTIMATE 6-MONTH MEMBERSHIP' or a 'SAMSUNG ART STORE 6-MONTH MEMBERSHIP'. Note that the 'SAMSUNG ART STORE 6-MONTH MEMBERSHIP' is not applicable for OLED series TV purchases.

Campaign Participation Conditions

• To benefit from this campaign, participants must first download and install the S Wallet application from the Google Play Store or App Store and successfully complete the account verification process.
• Participants must register with a valid and active email address and phone number when signing up for S Wallet.

• To be eligible for the S Wallet Balance Earning Opportunity, participants must purchase the product or select offer within the campaign scope on the same day and on the same invoice. They must then arrange for the installation of their purchased products through authorized Samsung service providers by August 15, 2025, and complete the campaign application by August 22, 2025.
• Consumers who wish to receive the additional 6-month GeForce NOW or Art Store membership must purchase the TV by June 26, 2025, complete the installation through authorized Samsung service providers by July 13, 2025, and submit the campaign application by July 20, 2025.
• To load funds into S Wallet, participants must complete their application via the campaign page: https://www.samsung.com/tr/offer/tv-campaign-june-2025
• Participants must accurately fill out the campaign registration form on the provided page, including a clear, color photograph of the product invoice and service installation receipt. The 11-digit S Wallet Wallet Number must also be entered in the designated field. Additional required information includes name, surname, phone number, and, if the purchase was made through physical retail channels, the campaign code.
• Participants who submit the form will receive an SMS notification confirming their application review. If any information is found to be incomplete or incorrect, another SMS will be sent with instructions on how to make corrections.
• The person submitting the application via the campaign page must be the same person for whom the invoice is issued.
• Upon completion of the review, participants who have met all conditions will have their S Wallet balance credited to their 11-digit S Wallet Wallet Number provided during registration.
• The S Wallet balance top-up limit is 2,750 TL, as per the General Communiqué of the Financial Crimes Investigation Council and Central Bank regulations. To receive the campaign reward in your S Wallet account, you must increase your limit by verifying your account through the S Wallet application.
• If the campaign reward exceeds 2,750 TL, the participant must complete the account verification (identity verification) process through the S Wallet Application as per Article 2.2.9 of the General Communiqué of the Financial Crimes Investigation Council (Serial No: 5) to use the relevant balance.
• Specific checks and transactions may be required for the virtual card automatically generated within S Wallet, in accordance with banking regulations. To benefit from the campaign's advantages, participants must pass the checks conducted through banking systems as per the relevant legislation.
• You will receive a notification on your mobile phone when a balance is loaded into your S Wallet account. Ensure your mobile phone's S Wallet notifications are enabled.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during campaign participation. Failure to provide complete and compliant information may result in disqualification from the campaign.
• Participants are solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information or other consumer-related problems that may prevent the balance from being credited.
• The balance provided within the campaign can be used securely in all stores and platforms where Visa is accepted, as S Wallet operates with Visa infrastructure. The balance can be used for online purchases and contactless payments via the S Wallet. The loaded balance does not have an expiration date.
• Returns will not be accepted for Products included in the campaign, except for exceptions provided by the Consumer Protection Law. If the S Wallet balance has been partially or fully used, the amount used will be deducted from the TV's price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• S Wallet balance cannot be requested as a discount or cash payment on the product. The amount credited to the S Wallet will not be transferred to another account, card, or wallet, nor can it be converted to cash.
• Moka United Payment Services and Electronic Money Institution Inc. (“Moka United”) is solely responsible for determining the usage locations of S Wallet and any issues related to its use. Samsung Electronics Istanbul Paz. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. acts as Moka United's representative and does not provide any payment services.
• Samsung reserves the right to reject any participation or transaction suspected of fraud or deception. Participants can benefit from the campaign if all provided information is complete and compliant with the conditions.
• Recommended retail prices, discounted sales prices, and stock quantities may vary. Sales channels are solely authorized to determine product sales prices, and Samsung has no involvement in this matter.
• Product quantities and colors are limited by stock availability.
• Regardless of whether the participant is a retailer, a participant can receive the S Wallet balance reward for a maximum of 3 TVs per invoice.
• Each phone number can only be used for registration once.
• Samsung is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address and contact information provided by the participant.
• This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaign. The campaign is valid only within Turkey.
• Individuals under 18 years of age cannot participate in this campaign.
• Rights earned through the campaign are non-transferable.
• Misuse of campaign conditions or trading of acquired benefits is prohibited.
• By participating in the campaign, all participants are deemed to have accepted the stated conditions.
• For TVs purchased with a future delivery date due to stock shortages, campaign application deadlines will not be extended. If the product delivery does not meet the TV's final installation date, the responsibility and decision-making authority lie entirely with the participant, and Samsung holds no responsibility.
• Product delivery dates may be postponed due to logistical, technical, administrative approval delays, or force majeure events. Samsung will announce any necessary notifications on its website.
• Samsung reserves the right to suspend or terminate the campaign, extend its duration, or modify its conditions at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon announcement. Participants are responsible for staying updated on the current conditions.
• By participating in the campaign, participants are informed that their information and personal data will be collected, processed, and shared with third parties for the purpose of executing the campaign and providing the relevant benefits, in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy (http://www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/) and the Clarification Text.
