Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach side panels (2, 3, 4) to the base panel (1). Use hardware A (M6x35mm) for main connections, hardware E (brackets) and F (M3x14mm screws) for reinforcement, and hardware G (M4x14mm screws) and H (brackets) for additional support.
Step 2
Connect the side panels (2, 3, 4) to the base panel (1) using hardware B (M15x10mm) and hardware C (M6x30mm). Then, attach the top panel (6) to the side panels using hardware B and C.
Step 3
Slide the back panels (11) into the grooves on the rear of the assembled cabinet frame.
Step 4
Secure the top panel (6) to the side panels (2, 3, 4) using hardware A (M6x35mm).
Step 5
Install the internal shelves (part 5) and supporting elements using hardware B (M15x10mm), C (M6x30mm), and D (M4x35mm screws).
Step 6
Attach the legs (part 7) to the base of the cabinet using hardware G (M4x14mm screws) and J (a specific fitting).
Step 7
Mount the hinge plates or drawer runners (part 7) onto the top panel using hardware K (specific fittings) and L (a specific tool/fitting).
Step 8
Insert the drawers or doors (part 5) into their respective slots and secure them using hardware M (specific fittings).
Step 9
Attach the hinges (part O) to the doors (part 9) using hardware E (brackets), F (M3x14mm screws), and P (M3.5x14mm screws). Repeat for both doors (X2).
Step 10
Mount the prepared doors (part 9) onto the cabinet frame using hardware P (M3.5x14mm screws).
Step 11
Attach the handles (part 11) to the doors using hardware N (specific fittings) and F (M3x14mm screws).
Step 12
Attach the doors to the cabinet hinges. Use hardware D (M4x35mm screws) and Q (specific fittings) for this.
Step 13
Adjust the doors for proper alignment using the provided adjustment screws (L). Ensure the alignment is correct (xx=yy).
Safety and Installation Notes
Anti-Dumping Belt: This anti-tip strap fixes the product to the wall and can be used or not, depending on your needs. For solid walls, use expansion and self-tapping screws. For wooden walls, use only self-tapping screws. Do not overtighten screws.
