SONOFF TH10 Wi-Fi Smart Switch
Monitor temperature and humidity with your smart home devices.
Getting Started
Welcome to use the SONOFF TH10! This device can monitor real-time temperature and humidity through the eWeLink app. It supports setting a temperature or humidity range to automatically turn connected devices on or off.
1. Download "eWeLink" app
Search for "eWeLink" in the [App Store] for iOS versions or Google Play for Android versions.

2. Wiring Instruction

Connect the AC power input (L, N) and AC output (L, N) terminals. Ensure the sensor (e.g., AM2301/DS1802) is plugged into the designated port.
3. Add Device
Step 1: Plug your sensor in and power up your device.

Step 2: Press and hold the [button] for 7 seconds until the [green LED] blinks 3 times and then blinks repeatedly.
Step 3: For Android, directly tap the "Add" icon on eWeLink to search for the device and click next. For iOS, go to your phone's Settings > WiFi, connect to the WiFi network beginning with "ITEAD-******" using the default password "12345678". Return to eWeLink, select the pairing method, and click next. The app will auto-search for the device.
Step 4: Input your home SSID & password. Your SSID must consist of letters or numbers. If there is no password, leave it blank. Note: eWeLink currently only supports the 2.4G Wi-Fi communication protocol; 5G-Wi-Fi routers are not supported.

Step 5: The device will be registered by eWeLink and added to your account. This process takes 1-3 minutes.
Step 6: Name the device to complete the setup.
Step 7: The device may appear "Offline" on eWeLink initially, as it needs about 1 minute to connect to your router and the server. When the [green LED] is solid on, the device is "Online". If eWeLink still shows "Offline", close and reopen the eWeLink app.

Problems and Solutions
Read the detailed FAQ on the Itead Smart Home Forum for more information.
1. My device has added successfully, but stays "Offline".
Answer: Newly added devices require 1-2 minutes to connect to your router and the internet. If it remains offline for an extended period, check the [green LED] status:
- 1.1. [Green LED] quickly blinks once and repeats: Device failed to connect to the router. This could be due to an incorrect Wi-Fi password, the device being too far from the router (weak Wi-Fi signal), or attempting to connect to a 5G-Wi-Fi router (only 2.4G Wi-Fi is supported). Ensure your router is MAC-open.
- 1.2. [Green LED] slowly blinks once and repeats: Device connected to the router and server but failed to be added to the device list. Power cycle the device and try adding it again.
- 1.3. [Green LED] quickly blinks twice and repeats: Device connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Confirm your Wi-Fi router is functioning correctly.
2. Why can't the APP find the device in pairing status?
Answer: This is likely due to your phone's cache. Close your phone's Wi-Fi (WLAN), wait a minute, then reopen it. Simultaneously, power off the device if possible, then power it up again and try pairing.
3. My Wi-Fi is expired, can I connect the devices to LAN? Can my phone be directly connected to the device hotspot?
Answer: Currently, eWeLink does not support LAN or direct connection to the device's hotspot. All devices must be connected to a router to communicate with the internet cloud server.
4. The green LED keeps off, even if the device is powered on. The button does not work.
Answer: The circuit may be broken. Please send the device back for testing. Return shipping postage and packaging will be at the buyer's expense. If the device is damaged by the buyer, they will bear the extra repair cost.
