SONOFF TH10/TH16
Welcome to the SONOFF TH10/TH16! These devices monitor real-time temperature and humidity via eWeLink. They are available in 10A or 16A power supply specifications and support presetting temperature or humidity ranges for automatic device control, as well as Smart Scene functionality.
1. Download "eWeLink" app
The app installation process is shown with visuals of an iPhone and an Android phone, both displaying the eWeLink application interface. The iPhone shows 'APP Store' and the Android phone shows 'Google play'.
Search for "eWeLink" in the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
2. Wiring instruction
There are two device options: 10A or 16A.
* Please ensure you have read and followed the L, N, E markings on the enclosure. Note that the new version has a different layout compared to the old version.
3. Wiring Diagram
The wiring diagram illustrates the connection of the SONOFF TH10/TH16. It shows the device connected to a power outlet (90V-250V) with Live (L), Neutral (N), and Ground (G) connections. A sensor (Sensor: AM2301/DS18B20) is plugged into the device, and the device is connected to a heating appliance. The diagram also shows the internal circuit board with components like HF152F-T and THP 250V.
4. Add device
1. Plug your sensor into the jack and power up your device.
2. Press the button for 7 seconds until the green LED blinks three times and then repeats the blinking pattern.
3. Click the "Add" icon [➕] on eWeLink to search for the device.
5. Pairing Process
For Android, select the first icon and click 'next'.

6. Input your home SSID & password
4.1 If there is no password, leave the field blank.
4.2 eWeLink currently only supports the 2.4G WiFi communication protocol. 5G-WiFi is not supported.
The device will indicate it is searching: "It takes 3 minutes, please wait... searching device..."
7. Device Registration
5. The device will be registered by eWeLink and added to your account. This process takes 1-3 minutes.
6. Name the device to complete the setup.
7. If the device appears "Offline" in eWeLink, it needs about 1 minute to connect to your router and the server. The device is "Online" when the green LED is lit. If it remains "Offline", please restart eWeLink.
8. APP Features
1. WiFi remote control, device status, temperature, and humidity checking.
You can turn devices on/off by tapping the device icon. If using the Sonoff TH with a temperature and humidity sensor, the device status and real-time temperature/humidity values will be displayed simultaneously.
In Auto mode, you can set a specific temperature or humidity range to turn connected devices on/off. In Manual mode, you can tap the device icon to turn it on/off.
2. Share Control
The owner can share devices with other eWeLink accounts. Both users must be online on eWeLink for the invitation to be received.
To share, click 'Share', enter the eWeLink account (phone number or email), select the desired timer permissions (edit/delete/change/enable), and click 'Next'. The other account will receive an invitation message. Clicking 'Accept' completes the sharing, granting the other user control.

4. Security Mechanism
One device per owner. Devices already added cannot be added by others. To add a device to another account, it must be deleted from the current one first.
5. Auto mode and Manual mode
5.1 In Auto mode, the switch cannot be manually turned ON/OFF using the button.
5.2 In Manual mode, the switch can be turned ON/OFF at any time.
5.3 Preset timers function normally in Auto mode.
6. Insert sensor to start device or not
6.1 With sensor inserted: The app will display temperature and humidity values and can be set to Auto mode.
6.2 Without sensor: The app will not display temperature and humidity values and does not support Auto mode.
7. Smart Scene
You can use Sonoff TH to collect temperature data and set a temperature trigger to turn on/off other switches (e.g., Sonoff, Sonoff RF). Note: The Sonoff TH must be in manual mode, not auto mode, for this function. When the real-time temperature crosses the preset range, the condition will be triggered.
9. Update
The device will auto-remind you of new firmware or versions. Please update promptly to access the latest features.
10. Problems and Solutions
Refer to the detailed FAQ on the Itead Smart Home Forum. If the provided answers do not resolve your issue, please submit feedback on eWeLink.
1. My device has been added successfully but stays "Offline".
Answers: The newly added device requires 1-2 minutes to connect to your router and the internet. If it remains offline for an extended period, check the green LED status:
1.1. Green LED blinks quickly once and repeats: This indicates the device failed to connect to the router. Possible reasons include an incorrect WiFi password, the device being too far from the router causing a weak signal, or attempting to connect to a 5G-WiFi router (only 2.4G-WiFi is compatible). Ensure your router's MAC filtering is open.
1.2. Green LED blinks slowly once and repeats: The device has connected to the router and server but failed to be added to the device list. Try powering the device on again, and if it still doesn't work, add it again.
1.3. Green LED blinks quickly twice and repeats: The device has connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Verify that your WiFi router is functioning normally.
2. Why can't the APP find the device in pairing status?
Answers: This is likely due to your phone's cache. Close your phone's WLAN, wait a minute, then reopen it. Simultaneously, power off the device if possible, then power it back on and try again.
3. My WiFi is expired, can I connect the devices to LAN?
Answers: This product does not currently support LAN connections or connecting to hotspots. It must connect via a WiFi router.
4. The green LED remains off, even when the device is powered on. The button is pressed, but the device does not work.
Answers: The circuit may be broken. Please send the device back for testing. Return shipping postage and packaging will be at the buyer's expense. If the device is damaged by the buyer, they will bear the extra repair cost.
