1. Insert the SIM and Memory Card
Follow these steps to insert your SIM and memory cards:
- Open the SIM card tray: push the tray opener pin into the tray hole and slide the tray out.
- If you have a single-SIM phone, place a nano-SIM card in slot 1 and a memory card in slot 2 on the tray, with the contact areas facing down. If you have a dual-SIM phone, place a nano-SIM card in slot 1 and either a second SIM or a memory card in slot 2, with the contact areas facing down.
Tip: To confirm if your phone supports dual SIM, check the sales box label for two IMEI codes. - If you are using a memory card, place it in the memory card slot.
- Slide the tray back in.
Important: Use only original nano-SIM cards. Incompatible SIM cards may damage the card or device and corrupt stored data.
If you have an eSIM, switch on your phone and follow the on-screen instructions. An eSIM requires a Wi-Fi connection for activation.
Note: A single-SIM phone can only have one active SIM (physical or eSIM) at a time. A dual-SIM phone can have two physical SIMs, or one physical SIM and one eSIM active. Contact your network operator for eSIM information.
Use only compatible memory cards. Incompatible cards may damage the card and device and corrupt stored data.
Important: Do not remove the memory card while an app is using it, as this may damage the card and device and corrupt stored data.
Both SIM cards are available simultaneously when the device is not in use. However, while one SIM is active (e.g., during a call), the other may be unavailable.

2. Charge the Battery and Switch the Phone On
To charge your phone:
- Plug a compatible charger into a wall outlet and connect the USB-C cable to your phone.
- You can also charge from a computer using a USB cable, though this may take longer.
If the battery is fully discharged, the charging indicator may take several minutes to appear.
To switch on your phone, press and hold the power key until the phone vibrates. The phone will then guide you through the setup process.

SAR Certification Information (SAR)
This mobile device complies with radio wave exposure guidelines set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
FCC RF Exposure Information: Your handset is designed not to exceed FCC emission limits for radio frequency (RF) energy. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. Tests are performed in specific positions. The highest reported SAR values for this model are 1.30 W/kg (at the ear) and 0.83 W/kg (worn on the body at 1.0 cm separation).
Body-worn Operation: For compliance, use accessories that maintain a 1.0 cm separation distance between the user's body and the handset. Avoid accessories with metallic components that do not meet these requirements.
SAR information is on file with the FCC and can be found by searching FCC ID 2AJOTTA-1481 or 2AJOTTA-1475 at www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/.
Additional SAR information is available at www.fcc.gov/general/radio-frequency-safety-0.
During general use, SAR values are typically lower due to automatic power reduction when full power is not needed.
For more information, visit www.sar-tick.com.
Mobile devices may transmit even when not making a voice call.
FCC ratings and SAR information can also be found at http:/ /transition.fcc.gov/oet/rfsafety/sar.html.
The World Health Organization (WHO) states current scientific information does not indicate the need for special precautions. For reduced exposure, limit usage or use a hands-free kit. More information on RF exposure is at https://www.who.int/health-topics/electromagnetic-fields#tab=tab_1.
