Step 1: Identify Parts

Review the following parts and their quantities:

• Lid Handle Assembly (1)
• Kettle Lid (1)
• Charcoal Grate (1)
• Cooking Grate (1)
• Ash Catcher Base (1)
• Kettle Bowl (1)
• Legs/Frame (2)
• Wheels (2)
• Ash Control System (1)
• Ash Catcher Mechanism (1)
• Various brackets, pins, screws, and washers (quantities indicated in diagram)

Step 2: Attach Ash Control System

Insert the ash control mechanism into the bottom of the kettle bowl. Align the tabs and press down until it clicks into place. The mechanism allows for ventilation control.

Step 3: Attach Handle

Step 5: Attach Handle

Step 6: Secure Ash Catcher Mechanism

Step 7: Attach Heat Shield

Step 8: Adjust Heat Shield

Step 11: Attach Wheels

Step 14: Insert Charcoal Grate

Step 15: Place Cooking Grate

Step 16: Attach Side Handle/Bracket

Attach the side handle or bracket to the kettle assembly. Secure with the provided hardware.

Step 17: Attach Lid Handle Assembly

Attach the main lid handle assembly to the kettle lid. Use the provided hardware. ⚠️ DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

Step 18: Attach Lid Handle/Bracket
