Step 1: Identify Parts
Review the following parts and their quantities:
- Lid Handle Assembly (1)
- Kettle Lid (1)
- Charcoal Grate (1)
- Cooking Grate (1)
- Ash Catcher Base (1)
- Kettle Bowl (1)
- Legs/Frame (2)
- Wheels (2)
- Ash Control System (1)
- Ash Catcher Mechanism (1)
- Various brackets, pins, screws, and washers (quantities indicated in diagram)
Step 2: Attach Ash Control System
Insert the ash control mechanism into the bottom of the kettle bowl. Align the tabs and press down until it clicks into place. The mechanism allows for ventilation control.

Step 3: Attach Handle
Attach one of the side handles to the kettle bowl. Ensure the correct handle orientation is used, as shown in the diagram. Secure the handle using the provided pin.

Step 4: Attach Leg/Support

Step 5: Attach Handle
Repeat the handle attachment process from Step 3, ensuring correct orientation and securing with the pin.

Step 6: Secure Ash Catcher Mechanism
Ensure the ash catcher mechanism is properly secured to the kettle bowl. Close-up views show the connection points and how to fasten them.

Step 7: Attach Heat Shield
Attach the heat shield or wind deflector to the top of the ash control system. The shield is designed to pivot.

Step 8: Adjust Heat Shield
Adjust the heat shield to its operational position. The shield pivots to control airflow.

Step 9: Attach Handle
Repeat the handle attachment process, ensuring correct orientation and securing with the pin.

Step 11: Attach Wheels
Attach the wheels to the leg assemblies. Use the provided pins and washers. Ensure the pins are secured correctly to prevent the wheels from detaching.

Step 13: Attach Leg Assembly to Bowl
Connect the main leg assembly to the kettle bowl using bolts and washers. Ensure all connection points are aligned and secured.

Step 14: Insert Charcoal Grate
Insert the charcoal grate into the bottom of the kettle bowl. It rests on the internal supports.

Step 15: Place Cooking Grate
Place the cooking grate on top of the kettle bowl rim, above the charcoal grate.

Step 16: Attach Side Handle/Bracket
Attach the side handle or bracket to the kettle assembly. Secure with the provided hardware.

Step 17: Attach Lid Handle Assembly
Attach the main lid handle assembly to the kettle lid. Use the provided hardware. ⚠️ DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

Step 18: Attach Lid Handle/Bracket
