Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Weber Master-Touch grill:

Step 1: Prepare the Bowl

Attach the One-Touch cleaning system to the bottom of the bowl. Ensure the vents are aligned correctly.

Step 2: Attach Legs

Insert the legs into the designated slots on the bowl. Secure them with the provided hardware.

Step 3: Install Grate Supports

Attach the bottom grate support and the grate support brackets to the bowl.

Step 4: Attach Ash Catcher

Mount the ash catcher bowl to the bottom of the grill.

Step 5: Assemble Wheels

Attach the wheels to the legs using the provided hardware. Ensure the wheel retainer caps and hub caps are securely in place.

Step 6: Attach Lid Hinge and Handle

Connect the lid hinge to the bowl and attach the lid handle to the lid.

Step 7: Install Grates

Place the charcoal grate at the bottom of the bowl and the cooking grate on top of the grate supports.

Step 8: Attach Lid Holder

Install the tuck-away lid holder onto the side of the grill.

Step 9: Final Checks

Ensure all parts are securely fastened and all hardware is tightened. Do not over-tighten.

Make sure that all parts are assembled and hardware is fully tightened before operating the grill.
