Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Weber Smokey Joe Premium grill:
Step 1: Attach Lower Support Assembly
Secure the three legs (lower support assembly) to the bottom of the main bowl. This typically involves using screws and nuts provided in the hardware kit. Ensure the legs are firmly attached and provide a stable base.
Step 2: Attach Lid Holder and Bowl Vent
Attach the TUCK-N-CARRY Lid Holder/Lid Lock mechanism to the side of the bowl. Install the bowl vent assembly, which controls airflow, into the designated opening on the lid.
Step 3: Attach Lid Handle
Fasten the lid handle assembly to the top of the lid using the appropriate screws and nuts. This handle allows for safe lifting and carrying of the lid.
Step 4: Install Grates
Place the charcoal grate inside the bowl, resting on the supports near the bottom. Above this, place the cooking grate onto the rim of the bowl, which is where food will be cooked.
Step 5: Attach Lid
Position the lid onto the assembled bowl. The TUCK-N-CARRY Lid Holder can be used to secure the lid to the side of the bowl when it is not covering the cooking area, acting as a wind guard or a place to rest the lid.
Step 6: Final Check
