Assembly Instructions
This guide details the assembly of the Outsunny mini greenhouse frame. The structure is built using the provided parts and connectors.
Step 1: Base Construction
Begin by assembling the rectangular base. Connect four Part 1 (long tubes) using four Part A (L-connectors) at each corner. This forms the perimeter of the base.
Step 2: Upright Supports
Attach four Part D (upright T-connectors) to the base frame. Insert a Part 1 (long tube) into the base and connect it to the upright part of the Part D connector. These will form the vertical supports.
Step 3: Mid-Level Frame and Roof Supports
Connect the tops of the upright supports using horizontal tubes. Use Part B (T-connectors) and Part C (cross connectors) along with Part 1, Part 2 (short tubes), and Part 3 (medium tubes) to create the main structure and the supports for the roof. The diagram shows these connectors strategically placed to form the greenhouse shape.
Step 4: Roof Structure
Complete the roof by connecting the remaining tubes and connectors, forming the pitched roof sections. Ensure all connections are firm.
Step 5: Finishing Touches
Place the single Part 4 (corner cover) onto the designated top corners of the assembled frame.
Refer to the assembly diagram for the precise placement and orientation of each part. The diagram uses labels (A, B, C, D, 1, 2, 3) to indicate which component connects where.
