Assembly Instructions

  1. Step 1: Assemble the Base Frame

    Connect four long poles (Part 4) to form the corners of the base. Use four 3-way corner connectors (Connector A). Attach two longer horizontal poles (Part 7) across the width using two L-shaped connectors (Connector D) at each end. Connect two medium horizontal poles (Part 3) across the length using two T-shaped connectors (Connector E) at each end. This forms the rectangular base with internal supports.

  2. Step 2: Add Vertical Supports and Upper Frame

    Insert four long vertical poles (Part 4) into the connectors at the corners of the base. Attach four short horizontal poles (Part 5) and four medium horizontal poles (Part 6) to create the upper structure. Use four 3-way corner connectors (Connector A) at the top corners, four 4-way connectors (Connector C) for the top crossbars, and four T-shaped connectors (Connector E) to join the vertical poles to the horizontal frame.

  3. Step 3: Install Roof Arch and Additional Supports

    Attach the four curved roof poles (Part 1) to the top of the structure to form the arched roof. Use two 3-way corner connectors (Connector A), two 3-way connectors (Connector B), two 4-way connectors (Connector C), and two T-shaped connectors (Connector E) as needed to connect the curved poles and additional horizontal supports (Parts 2, 5, 6).

  4. Step 4: Add Internal Bracing

    Continue reinforcing the frame by adding more horizontal poles (Parts 3, 5, 6) and connectors (Connectors B, D, E) as shown in the diagram. This step adds internal bracing for stability.

  5. Step 5: Complete Frame Assembly

    Add the remaining short horizontal poles (Part 2), medium horizontal poles (Parts 3, 6), and connectors (Connectors B, D, E) to finalize the internal frame structure.

  6. Step 6: Insert Shelves

    Carefully slide the six shelves (Part 8) into their designated slots within the assembled frame.

  7. Final Step: Attach PE Cover and Secure

    Drape the PE cover (Part 11) over the assembled frame. Secure the cover using the four guy ropes (Part 10) and four stakes (Part 9), anchoring them firmly into the ground for stability.
