Assembly Advice
Important Precautions:
- Keep bystanders and children away during assembly.
- Do not connect power supply until instructed.
- Assemble in a dry, level location.
- Ensure seat, frame, and pedals are tight and secured.
- Check all bolts and connections before first use.
- Assemble exactly as per instructions.
- Some components may be heavy; use a second person for assistance.
- Set up on a solid, level, horizontal surface.
- Do not alter the design or functionality.
- Use only genuine replacement parts.
- Do not use until fully assembled and inspected.
Warnings
Read Before Use:
- Keep children and pets away from the exercise bike.
- Supervise children if they are in the same room.
- Not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities without supervision.
- Remove all objects within a 2-meter radius before training.
- Position the bike on a clear, level surface away from water and moisture. Use a mat for stability and floor protection.
- Use only for intended use as described in the manual. Do not use unauthorized accessories.
- Assemble exactly as per the instruction manual.
- Perform routine inspections, paying attention to wear on connecting points and wheels. Replace defective components immediately.
- Never operate if not functioning properly.
- For use by one person at a time.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning articles. Remove sweat immediately after training.
- Wear appropriate workout clothing and shoes.
- Always perform stretching before exercising.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
Maintenance Instructions
Regular examination for damage and wear is the owner's responsibility. Use only manufacturer-supplied components for maintenance and repair.
Daily Maintenance:
- Examine for loose, broken, damaged, or worn parts. Repair or replace immediately.
- Ensure adjustment knobs are tight.
- Wipe the machine and console with a damp cloth after each workout.
- Ensure the seat is securely in place.
- Ensure foot straps are correctly positioned.
- Note: Clean the console with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Avoid petroleum-based solvents, automotive cleaners, or ammonia. Do not clean in direct sunlight or at high temperatures.
Weekly Maintenance:
- Check and tighten pedals.
- Clean the machine to remove dust, dirt, or grime.
- Check for smooth seat operation. Apply a thin coating of silicone lube if needed.
- Note: Silicone lubricant is not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children.
Monthly Maintenance (or after 20 hours):
- Check and tighten Crank Arms and all bolts/screws.
- Check and adjust drive belt tension. To check tension, pedal at approximately 20 RPM, then suddenly increase speed. If pedals do not slip, tension is correct.
Troubleshooting
No Display / Partial Display / Unit will not Turn On:
- Check console batteries and speed sensor connection.
- Ensure connection is secure and undamaged.
- Check data cable integrity; replace if crimped or cut.
- Check console display for damage.
- Replace console if damaged or has partial display with fine connections.
- Contact Customer Service if issues persist.
Speed Display is not Accurate:
- Check Speed Sensor.
- Check Magnet position on Flywheel.
Speed Displayed is Always “0” / Stuck in Pause mode:
- Check data cable connection to console and frame.
- Check Speed Sensor.
- Ensure RPM Sensor Magnet and RPM Sensor are in place.
No Speed / RPM Reading:
- Check data cable integrity; replace if cut or crimped.
- Check data cable connections and orientation; ensure secure connection.
- Verify the small latch on the connector lines up and snaps into place.
- Check Speed Sensor Magnet Position on Flywheel.
- Align Speed Sensor Assembly with magnet and data cable. Realign or replace if damaged.
Unit Rocks / Does not Sit Level:
- Adjust levellers to level the machine.
- Check the surface under the unit; extreme unevenness may not be compensable.
- Move the machine to a level area.
Pedals Loose / Unit Difficult to Pedal / Pedals Seem to Skip or Slip with a Sudden Increase in RPM:
- Check pedal to crank connection; ensure it is tightened securely and not cross-threaded.
- Check crank arm to axle connection; ensure it is tightened securely.
Clicking sound when Pedalling:
- Check pedal to crank connection.
- Remove pedals, check threads for debris, and reinstall.
Seat Post Movement:
- Ensure the Adjustment Pin is locked into a seat post adjustment hole.
- Ensure the locking Knob is securely tightened.

Using Your Magnetic Bike
Warm-Up Phase: Prepare your body for exercise and minimize injuries. Perform activities that raise heart rate and warm muscles for 2-5 minutes before training.
Stretching: Stretch warm muscles after warm-up and training sessions. Hold stretches for 15-30 seconds. Do not bounce.
Exercise Phase: Work at your own pace, maintaining a steady tempo. Raise your heartbeat into the target zone shown on the graph.
Cool-Down Phase: Return the body to a resting state, slowly lowering heart rate and allowing blood to return to the heart.
Heart Rate Zone Graph:
A graph illustrates target heart rate zones based on age, with lines indicating 70% and 85% of maximum heart rate.
