Cleaning and Care

Before cleaning, unplug the globe and allow it to cool down.

Assembly Instructions

Refer to the diagrams for assembly:

Step 1 (Diagrams A, B): Screw the lower part of the meridian into the base by turning the base.

For globes with a plastic meridian and wooden base (Diagram C): Insert the screw from below through the wooden base and the conical spacer, then screw it into the meridian's thread.

  1. Disconnect the globe from the power supply and wait a few minutes for the bulb to cool.
  2. For globes with a metal meridian: Remove the plastic pin (Diagrams M1-M3, possibly using a small screwdriver). Remove the globe sphere (Diagrams M4-M5). Be careful not to scratch the meridian on the sphere.
  3. For globes with a plastic meridian: Carefully lift the meridian arc upwards until the axle emerges from the sphere (Diagram 1). With the meridian arc held up, tilt the globe sphere forward and lift it off the base plate (Diagram 2, arrows 2-3). Be careful not to scratch the sphere with the meridian.

  5. Reassemble the globe sphere by following the steps in reverse order.
