Connecting the PC to the Charger
To establish a connection, use an Ethernet (RJ45) cable to connect the DC Wallbox directly to your computer.
Diagram Description: A laptop is shown connected via an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port of a DC Wallbox. An indicator light on the RJ45 port is illuminated green.
Setting up the PC
Ensure your computer's IP address is on the same network domain as the DC Wallbox. The default IP address for the DC Wallbox is 192.168.1.10.
To check or configure your PC's IP address:
- Press the two buttons on the charger's panel simultaneously to view information on the LCM display, which may show the charger's IP address if you are unsure.
- On your computer, navigate to network adapter settings.
- Locate 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)' and open its properties.
- Set your computer's IP address to be in the same subnet as the DC Wallbox. For example, if the Wallbox is 192.168.1.10, set your computer's IP to 192.168.1.x (where x is not 10), and the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.
Example PC IP Configuration:
- IP Address: 192.168.1.1
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
