BEFORE ASSEMBLY

• Read all instructions and confirm all parts are included before starting assembly.
• Aside from the included parts, you'll also need a Phillips head screwdriver.
• There are no power tools needed.
• Do not tighten all bolts and screws completely until the entire Litter Box Cover has been assembled and set up.
• Although this Litter Box Cover can be assembled by one person, we recommend enlisting a friend for easier assembly.
• To avoid misplacing hardware components, we recommend opening and placing hardware on the pan while assembling the Litter Box Cover.

Assembly Step 1

Assemble the main box structure. Attach side panel B to base panel A using two screws (1) and two cam locks (10). Attach back panel C to base panel A using two screws (2) and two cam locks (3). Attach front panel D to base panel A using two screws (2) and two cam locks (3). Attach the second side panel B to panels C and D using two screws (1) and two cam locks (10). Ensure connections are snug but not fully tightened. The 'NO YES' icon indicates a choice regarding screw tightening, suggesting to tighten loosely at this stage.

Assembly Step 2

Insert the internal divider panel F into the pre-cut slots on panels A, B, C, and D. Secure panel F using four cam locks (3) and four screws (6).

Assembly Step 3

Place the top panel E onto the assembled structure, aligning it with the top edges of panels B, C, and D. Secure panel E using four cam locks (3) and four screws (6).

Assembly Step 4

Attach the two base support panels I and J to the underside of the base panel A. Secure each support panel using four screws (7) and four screws (8).

Assembly Step 5

Attach the two door panels (G and H) to the front opening of the litter box cover. Each door requires two hinges (5), secured with screws (9) and cam locks (10). Additional screws (13 and 14) are used to complete the door attachment and ensure proper function.

Assembly Step 6

After the main structure and doors are assembled, go back and fully tighten all screws and cam locks. Adjust the doors (G and H) for proper alignment and ensure they open and close smoothly. Use the remaining hardware (4, 12, 10, 9) for final adjustments and securing as needed.
