Installation Guide

Step 1: Assemble Base

Attach the four wheels (Part 2) to the base (Part 1). Each wheel screws into a designated socket on the base.

Step 2: Attach Vertical Poles

Insert the bottom of the two vertical poles (Part 4) into the corresponding slots on the base (Part 1). Secure them using screws (Part 10: M4x14mm) from the underside of the base.

Step 3: Install Bottom Shelf

Slide the bottom shelf (Part 3) onto the lower mounting points of the vertical poles (Part 4). Secure it with screws (Hardware A: M-A x4).

Step 4: Attach TV Brackets to Poles

Attach the two TV mounting brackets (Part 7) to the vertical poles (Part 4) at the desired height. Secure each bracket using screws (Hardware B: M-B x4).

Step 5: Install Upper Shelf

Slide the upper shelf (Part 5) onto the upper mounting points of the vertical poles (Part 4). Secure it with screws (Hardware C: M-C x4).

Step 6: Attach Top Bracket

Attach the top bracket (Part 6) to the top of the vertical poles (Part 4). Secure it with screws (Hardware D: M-D x1).

Step 7: Attach Back Support

Attach the back support (Part 8) to the rear of the vertical poles (Part 4). Secure it with screws (Hardware E: M-E x1).

Step 8: Mount TV to Brackets

Carefully lift the TV and align its VESA mounting holes with the TV mounting brackets (Part 7) that are already attached to the vertical poles. Secure the TV using the provided screws: M-F (M6x12mm) x4 and M-I (M6x30mm) x8. Ensure the TV is stable.

Step 9: Disassemble Part 7 (TV Bracket Assembly)

This step details the disassembly of the TV bracket assembly (Part 7) into its components: 7a (main bracket arm), 7b (height adjustment slider), and 7c (VESA plate). This is preparation for attaching these components to the TV itself. Components: 7a (x2), 7b (x2), 7c (x4).

Step 10: Completed Assembly Overview

This diagram shows the fully assembled TV cart with a TV mounted on it.

Step 11: Attach Brackets to TV

Select appropriate screws from M-A to M-G and install part 7a (the main bracket arms) onto the four screw holes on the back of the TV. The diagram shows two methods:

Method A1 (Flat TV Back): Use screws without washers. Attach part 7a directly to the TV's VESA holes.

Method A2 (Uneven TV Back): Use screws with washers (from packs M-H to M-J). If the TV back is uneven, use washers. Thick washers can be superimposed as needed for a secure fit.

The adjustable range for the distance from the bottom of the TV to the ground is marked on Part 7. This allows selection of the appropriate height. Mark the desired height on a ruler, then disassemble and install Part 7 to the back of the TV. Screws to consider for this step include M-H (M8x50mm) x4 and M-J (M6x65mm) x8.

Step 12: Attach Height Adjustment Slider

Attach part 7b (height adjustment slider) to part 7a (main bracket arm) according to the markings. Secure using screws M-H (x4).

Step 13: Attach VESA Plate

Attach part 7c (VESA plate) to part 7b (height adjustment slider). Secure using screws M-F (M6x12mm) x4 and M-I (M6x30mm) x8. This step is performed for each of the two main bracket assemblies.

Step 14: Final TV Attachment

This step shows the completed attachment of the TV to the cart's mounting brackets. The TV is now securely mounted.

Step 15: Add Shelves

This step shows adding the shelves (Parts 3 and 5) to the cart structure.

Step 16: Final Assembly Check

This step shows a final check of the assembled TV cart, ensuring all parts are secure.

Step 17: Completed Product

This diagram shows the fully assembled FITUEYES TC88 TV Cart with a TV mounted, ready for use.
