Before using this product, please read this manual carefully.

02. Printer Components
Status Indicator Light
Power Indicator Light:
- Normal: Lit (Green)
- Charging while powered off: Blink Slowly (Blue)
- Charging while powered on: Blink Slowly (Blue)
- Fully Charged: Lit (Green)
- Low Power: Blink Slowly (Red)
Connection Status:
- Bluetooth: Connected: Lit (Blue)
Paper Status:
- Normal: Lit (Green)
- No Paper / Paper Not Detected: Lit (Red)
- Print Head is overheated: Lit (Red)
Reset Button: Off
Button Functions
Power Button:
- Turn on the printer: Press and hold the button for around 3 seconds until the power indicator light turns on.
- Turn off the printer: Press and hold the button for around 3 seconds until the power indicator light turns off.
- Print QR code: Double-press the button. Scan the QR code using the App on your phone to connect to the printer.
Open Cover Button: Used to open the printer cover.
03. Precautions
- Please use 5V 2A input for charging.
- Connect the USB cable to the power adapter before charging. Gently insert or unplug the charging cable to prevent damage to the port.
- Unplug the charging cable promptly after charging is complete.
- Do not use or charge in environments with high temperature, high humidity, heavy smoke, or dust (e.g., bathrooms, steam rooms, near open flames).
- Improper charging may damage the print head.
- Do not touch the print head to prevent scalding from overheating.
- The tearing blade is sharp; be careful to avoid touching it.
- If the machine malfunctions, insert the reset hole to restart it.
Battery Warning Instructions
- Do not disassemble, hit, squeeze, or throw the battery into fire.
- Do not reuse if severe swelling occurs.
- Do not place in high-temperature environments or use after soaking in water.
- There is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with the wrong type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- If using a power adapter, purchase one that meets safety standards or has CCC certification.
04. Install App
1. Download the App
Search for "Phomemo" in your phone's App market (Apple App Store or Google App Store) and download it.
2. How to download and install driver
Download the latest driver from the official website: QM832.phomemo.com. Install the driver according to your operating system version and follow the instructions.
05. Instructions
1. Instructions for consumable usage
- Press the two Open Cover Buttons simultaneously to open the cover.
- Unfold the included paper roll.
- Install the paper roll into the paper compartment and pull the paper out of the Paper Output Slot. Close the cover.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.
Hint: How to differentiate the front and back of the printing paper Scratch both sides of the paper with your fingernails. The front side is the side with colors. Install the paper with the front side facing upward.
- This product can print different sizes of paper. Adjust the consumable holder position according to the width of the consumables.
- For best results, use genuine Phomemo printing paper.
2. Instructions for single sheet paper and folded paper usage
- When using single sheet or folded paper, hold the paper straight and aligned with both hands. Insert the paper carefully into the printer's feeder until the roller pulls it to the optimal position.
- To remove printed paper, press the open cover buttons simultaneously, gently open the top cover, and then remove the paper.
Hint:
- The paper must be inserted aligned to the paper feeder.
- This product can print different sizes of paper. Adjust the consumable holder position according to the width of the consumables.
- When using "Folded paper", tear along the perforation lines after printing.
3-1. Connect the printer to the App
Method 1: Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, launch the Phomemo APP, tap the icon in the upper right corner, and select the corresponding model to connect. (Note: System needs to enable positioning and allow app permissions.)
Method 2: Double-press the printer's power button to print a QR code. Open the Phomemo App, press the button on the top right of the home page, press scan, and scan the QR code to connect.
3-2. Connect the printer to the computer
- Connect one end of the data cable to your computer and the other end to the printer's USB port. Turn on the printer.
- Download and install the printer's drivers from the official website: M832.phomemo.com.
- Add the printer to your computer and establish a connection to print documents.
06. Official Printing Paper Type
- Normal thermal paper: Does not contain Bisphenol-A.
- Writable Quick-drying thermal paper: Does not contain Bisphenol-A, can be written on, and dries ink quickly.
The printing papers mentioned above are official printing papers. Any issues with your printer arising from using non-official printing papers will not be covered under our warranty policy.
07. Warranty card
This section contains fields for user information (Name, Address, Phone, Gender), purchase details (Purchase date, Product order number, Product Serial Number), and service requests (Reason description, Failure condition, Handling situation). It also includes fields for maintenance records (Maintenance ticket number, Maintenance person, Delivery date).
08. FCC Warning
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
