Product Capabilities

The M832 printer supports printing A4 and Letter size thermal paper, as well as 53/80/110mm size thermal labels. It also supports printing on paper rolls. You can purchase the printer on Zoolion's official website.

Tips for Normal Use

  1. After downloading and installing the "Phomemo" App, click the icon in the upper right corner to connect the printer. You can then operate the App easily.

  2. Use the original data cable to connect the printer to your computer. Ensure the printer is powered on before connecting. Then, click the link below to install the driver:

  3. Charge the printer using a 5V-2A adapter. If the original data cable is unavailable, a regular cable can be used. If the printer will not be used for an extended period, remember to charge it regularly.

    Please note: The output voltage of the adapter should not exceed 5.25V. Using an incorrect charger may lead to charging issues or damage to the machine.

  4. Install the paper roll correctly, ensuring the print surface faces up.
