iRobot Roomba 960 Filter Replacement

Step 1: Prepare the Roomba

Orient the Roomba so it rests on its wheels, ensuring any text on the top is readable from left to right.

Step 2: Remove the Dust Bin

Press the large button located on the side of the Roomba closest to you.

Pull the dust bin away from the Roomba.

Step 3: Access the Filter

With the dust bin completely detached, press the tab located on the right side of the dust bin (indicated by a yellow arrow).

Lift the red plastic cover to expose the filter.

Step 4: Remove the Used Filter

Grasp the yellow ribbon located at the top of the filter and pull it towards you.

Carefully remove the used filter from the dust bin.

Reassembly

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
