Introduction

This document provides instructions for operating the Marklife D210 A4 Thermal Printer.

Printer Description: The device is a compact, rectangular thermal printer, typically white. It features a print outlet slot at the front, a power button and indicator on the top, and cover release latches on the sides. It supports wireless connectivity via the "Marklife" app and USB connection for PC use.

Notes before use:

  • Open the app “Marklife” and connect your mobile phone to the printer via Wireless.
  • Connection between PC and the printer requires a USB wire; otherwise, the printer cannot be detected.
  • The thermal printer is applicable to Thermal paper only; non-thermal paper will not work.
  • Supports A4 thermal folding paper, roll paper, and tattoo paper.

To use the printer, scan the QR code or search for "Marklife" in the APP store to download the application.

Setup and Connection

1. Printer Connection

  1. Press the power button for 3 seconds to power on the device.
  2. Double-click the power button to print a test page.
  3. Turn off the phone's wireless connection, open the Marklife APP, and click the "UNLINK" button to allow wireless connection.
  4. Select the printer and connect successfully.
  5. On the Home page, select the function you want to print.

3. How to Download the Driver

Download the latest driver from the Marklife APP Home page. Navigate to "driver download", click on the corresponding model, and paste the link into your computer browser to open the file.

Paper Handling

4. Loading the Folding Paper

Hold the paper with both hands, ensuring it is straight and aligned with the paper side facing up, towards the print head. Carefully insert the paper from the back of the printer into the feeder until the roller pulls the paper into the optimal position. For the best print quality, use original Marklife paper.

Notes:

  • The paper must be inserted aligned with the paper feeder.
  • The paper can only be printed on one side; please check the paper.

5. Loading the Roll Paper

Place the roll paper in the container. The paper side of the roll paper should face the print head so that the content can be printed. The paper should be placed on the roller.

Indicator Lights

  • Green Light: Normal, Plenty of power.
  • Red Light: Error (No paper, Cover is open, The paper face is not on the print head).
  • Blue Light: Wireless connected.

Printing Modes

7. PDF Document Printing

You can print documents, images, or tattoo designs.

Documents Printing:

To print documents, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Import documents".
  2. Send documents to your Social Chat APP.
  3. Open the document.
  4. Click the "Share" button.
  5. Click "Open with Another App".
  6. Select the Marklife App to open.
  7. Print.

The interface also shows options for "Picture Printing" and "Tattoo Printing".
