The printer's internal components include the print head, paper guide roller, shell, cardboard buckle, radiation sensor, guide roll, and snap. External interfaces feature a switch, cooling vent, and power interface.

APP Connection

To connect your printer via Bluetooth and computer:

  1. Scan the provided QR Code to download the Marklife APP.
  2. Alternatively, search for "Marklife" on Google Play or the App Store.

Bluetooth Connection Steps:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
  2. Open the Marklife APP.
  3. Click "UNLINK" in the upper left corner.
  4. Find your printer model and follow the on-screen instructions.

Caution: Do not search for the printer to be connected in your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings. Pair directly through the Marklife APP.

Creating Labels

If the desired label size is not available in the APP, you can set it manually. Please ensure the correct width and height are entered to guarantee proper printing.

The label machine is typically pre-installed with a 100mm*150mm gap sticker. Select the "gap label" option in the APP if using this type.

The default size shown is 100mm * 150mm. If you use other sticker sizes, select the correct size in the APP.

Windows - Printer Driver Installation

Note: Before installing the driver, it is recommended to turn off your computer's antivirus software. Ensure the printer is connected to the power supply and turned on.

  1. Insert the USB cable into your computer. A folder containing the driver should automatically pop up. Double-click the compressed package to begin the download/installation. (Visual indicated double-clicking the package.)
  2. In the driver setup window, choose the appropriate USB Port for your printer.
  3. Click the "Install" button. The installation is successful when a "Installation Successful" message appears. (Visuals showed the installation progress and success confirmation.)

Note: Before selecting the USB port, confirm that the printer is connected to power and turned on.

Printing from PDF

To print directly from a PDF document:

  1. Select the corresponding printer driver, "108Label Printer".
  2. Set the paper size according to the actual paper size being used.
  3. Set the number of copies required.
  4. Click "Print".

If the paper feeding is inaccurate, press and hold the printer's button until you hear two short beeps ("di" and "didi"). The machine will automatically learn the paper type.

Mac - Printer Driver Installation

Note: Before installing the driver, it is recommended to turn off your computer's antivirus software. Ensure the printer is connected to the power supply and turned on.

  1. Insert the USB cable into your computer. A folder containing the driver should automatically pop up. Double-click the compressed package (e.g., "Label Printer Driver In...r(1).pkg") to begin the installation. (Visuals showed the package file and the macOS installer.)
  2. Click "Continue" in the installer window to proceed.

The driver installation is now complete. When printing, select the correct size and the printer name (e.g., POS120L).

Setting Paper Size: If the required size is not available, you can customize it within the printer settings.

Maintenance

  1. Turn the printer off, disconnect the power cord, and open the cover.
  2. Wait for the printer head to cool down, as it may be very hot after printing.
  3. Clean the printer head thoroughly using an alcohol swab (do not use water).
  4. Wait until the alcohol has completely vaporized before closing the cover.
  5. Reconnect the power cord and print a test page to verify cleanliness.
