Assembly Diagram Description

The exploded view diagram illustrates the assembly of the MTD HO-2300H rotary mower. Key components include the main 22-inch red mower deck (1), the engine (32) mounted on top, and the handle assembly comprising lower (10) and upper (11) sections. The mower is equipped with two large rear wheels (7) and two smaller front wheels (6), with various wheel assembly options available (040857, 040865, 041111, 040410). Control cables (8, 9) connect the handle to the engine and deck for operation. A height adjustment mechanism, featuring levers (12, 13) and back plates (14, 15), is integrated into the wheel mounts. The 22-inch flat cutting blade (5) is located at the underside of the deck, attached via a blade adapter (29) and secured with bolts and washers.
