Indoor Names and Functions

• Name board: Enter the number when registering or changing password.
• Battery warning light: Turns on with an audible alarm at low voltage.

Outdoor Names and Functions

• Smart key input unit: It is the place where smart keys are recognized to open the door. You can open the door by registering the smart key or touching the registered smart key.
• Outdoor handle: It is Used to open or close doors from outdoors.
• Emergency power terminal: In case the battery is completely discharged, you can use 9V battery then, the power will be on.

How to register and change password

Be sure to register your password with the door open.

1. Press [registration] button.
2. Press [1] button in the number plate of outdoor side.
3. Enter new password (4-12 digits), press [*] button. A confirmation tone sounds and registration is completed. Press [*] button once more to end registration.

Reference:

• When adding the password, repeat the above item 3 before the number plate lamp turns off.
• Up to 4 passwords can be registered.

Cautions:

• If you register a new password, the existing password will be automatically deleted.
• Do not use consecutive numbers when registering your password.

How to register Smart key

When registering or re-registering a smart key, you must register all the smart keys you have at once. Also registered smart keys are door lock only. It may not work when used with other products.

1. Press [registration] button.
2. Press [2] button in the number plate of outdoor side.
3. Contact smart key to smart key input unit. If you touch the smart key to be registered one by one, you will hear a confirmation sound every time you touch it. Registration is completed by clicking the [Registration] button on the indoor side body.

Reference:

• When adding the password, please repeat the above item 3 before the [License plate lamp] turns off.
• Up to 30 smart keys can be registered.

Cautions:

• When registering a new smart key, the existing smart key is automatically deleted.

How to delete Smart key, Linker

1. Press [registration] button.
2. Press number in the number plate of outdoor side.
3. Smart key deletion: No. 7 button
4. Deleting the interlock: No. 8 button

Press and hold the [#] button for 5 seconds to delete the registered smart key or interlock.

How to set auto lock, manual lock

Make sure to turn off the Mortise Square Lock on the indoor body.

1. Enter password. Touch the outdoor license plate to turn on the LED and enter the registered password.
2. Press the [#] button twice in succession.
3. Press [4] or [7] button and press registration button.

• Auto lock setting: Press the [4] button and press the register button to set the auto lock function after a confirmation tone sounds.
• Manual lock setting: After pressing the [7] button and pressing the register button, the manual lock function is set after a tone is heard.

How to set and dismiss 3D touch

1. Enter password. Touch the outdoor license plate to turn on the LED and enter the registered password.
2. Press the [#] button twice in succession.
3. Press [Registration] button. When you press the [Registration] button on the outdoor side body, the 3D touch function is turned on or off.

Reference:

• Set tone: Piriricic
• Off sound: Piric
• It is a function to strengthen the security of password and it is a function to set a virtual number instead of the original number when the password is registered and authenticated for more than 1 second.
• Combined with the imaginary function of this product, password security is further strengthened.
• You can set each number and you can check that the lamp blinks when you press for more than 1 second.
• 3D touch mode is turned off at the factory.

Cautions:

• When the 3D touch mode is released, the password is reset to "1234".
• In case of master registration / deletion, fire / accident, etc., it is recognized as normal number mode.

How to register the linker (CDL-400MC/410MC only)

1. Press [registration] button.
2. Press [3] button in the number plate of outdoor side.
3. Press the [Register] or [OP / CL] button on the linker. After pressing the front door button of the wall pad (video phone), press the [Registration] or [OP / CL] button of the interlocker when the standby mode is canceled.

Reference:

• You can register up to 5 interlocks.
• Repeat step 3 when registering the linker.

Open the door in outdoor

Method 1: Open the door by password

1. Enter password. Touch the outdoor license plate to turn on the LED and enter the registered password.
2. Press [*] button. When you press the [*] button, you will hear a confirmation tone and then open when you open the door.

Method 2: Open door with smart key

Contact smart key to smart key input unit. When the registered [Smart Key] is touched to the smart key input part, a confirmation tone is heard and it opens when you open the door.

Method 3: Open door by interlocking (CDL-400MC/410MC only)

Press the [OP/CL] button on the interlock to open the door.

Deactivation from outdoor unit

1. Input Password. Touch number plate. When LED lights on, input registered password.
2. Press [#], [9] button. Press [#] then press [9] indoor dual lock is off with beep sound.

Volume Adjustment

1. Input Password. Touch number plate. When LED lights on, input registered password.
2. Press [#] button twice, press [1] or [8] button.
3. Press [3] or [6] to adjust volume. [3] for volume up, [6] for volume down.

Door locking in indoor and outdoor

• Auto lock: Automatically locked after 2 seconds after the door closes.
• Manual lock: Press the [double lock] button on the indoor side body.
• Outdoor Auto lock: Locked automatically after 2 seconds after door closes.
• Outdoor Manual lock: Touch the number plate during 2 seconds.

Reference:

• When you press [double lock] button in manual lock mode, you will hear a "beep" buzzer sound when the door is locked and inform you that the door is locked.

Internal double lock setting

It is a function that can not open a door with a password or a smart key outside the door.

Setting:

1. While the door is locked, press and hold the [double lock] button for 3 seconds. If you press and hold the [DUAL LOCK] button for 3 seconds, the setting is completed with "OK" sound.

How to release internal double lock:

1. Open the door by releasing the knob inside and releasing it.
2. Press the [double lock] button inside and dismiss.
3. Press [Regist.] button.

Dual authentication / Registration authentication setting

1. Input password. Touch number plate. When LED lights on, input registered password.
2. Press [#] button twice, press [1] or [8] button.

• [1]: Dual authentication
• [8]: Registration authentication

Once press [Regist.] button on outdoor body, Dual authentication or registration authentication mode is on or off.

• Active: Sound - Piriricic
• Deactive: Sound - Piric
• If dual authentication mode is activated, Password + Card should be confirmed to open to door. (door open by BLE keeps available.)
• If registration authentication mode is activated, first authentication by existing password should be done for the next step.
• No dual authentication / registration authentication is activated at factory setting.
• To deactivate dual authentication / registration authentication, repeat the same procedure for activation.

Burglar Alert

If door to be opened by abnormal operation such as door gap break through, burglar alert rings with more than 80db noisy sound.

How to deactivate burglar or temperature alert: Remove batteries or [password + *], [smartkey touch]. If temperature is too high, no deactivation.

Reference:

• Available total 8 levels of volume sound.
• If sound pause mode, numbers are only flicking without sound.

Battery Replacement Alert

If battery alert light is on on number plate or beep sounds ring, battery has to be replaced. All batteries must be replaced with new one at once.

Caution:

• Lifetime of battery can be varied according to manufacturers, date of production, working condition. (Expected lifetime: 10 months assuming no wireless operation, AA type alkaline 4ea, 10 times per one day use)
• If battery liquid leaks out, product can be damaged. Regular checking is recommended every 6 months.
• Battery lifetime might be shortened if wireless module is activated.

Sound Pause Mode

Temporary silence function (1 time) regardless latest volume setting.

1. Touch number plate and press [#].
2. Press [*] after password or, contact Card to open the door.

Reference: Sound is back to the original volume if pause mode is operated once.

Factory Reset Mode

1. Press [Registration] button.
2. Open the battery cover and press [Registration] button for 5 secs.
3. Press [#] button for 2 secs. Factory default mode is completed with beep sound.

Caution: All settings back to the default after factory reset.

High Temperature Alarm

Once extremely high temperature is detected (60℃±10°℃), locker is automatically released to open the door with huge sound to secure user's safety.

Anti-mischief alert and 1 minute pause

If unregistered [password], [smartkey] keeps used more than 5 times continuously, freeze operation for 1 minute with alert sound.

Door Open Alert during automatic lock setting

To inform door open status during automatic lock setting, alert sound rings 2 times with each 15 seconds interval if door opened.

Self-Diagnosis Table by each LED number flicking

Emergency Power

When door can not be opened due to fully discharged battery.

• Contact the terminals of 9V battery to emergency power outlet.
• Press [Password] and [*] to open the door while contacting terminals of 9V battery to emergency power outlet.

Reference:

• To deactivate alert sound, open the door from indoor body handle.
• If mechanical key is available, deactivate alert sound by key.

Deadbolt Jam alert

When deadbolt is jammed during door open/close, alert sound of "bee bee bee bee" rings 3 times.

Caution: If no sound deactivation or door lock malfunction, product installed position has to be adjusted. Please contact your local installer or service provider.

Warning for Safety

These warnings are to secure user's safety and prevent the possible loss of property. Please read carefully below to use the product in a correct manner.

• Do not disassemble, repair or modify the device by any unauthorized person.
• This product is for indoor, we do not guarantee any operation at other environment.
• Please use the product after reading User's Manual.
• Do not press the buttons with any tools (Ex. Awl, Pins..).
• Change your access code from time to time for your safety.
• Do not impact on the device.
• Be careful that leakage or rupture may occur when inserting a battery in wrong direction.
• Be careful that water should not seep into the device.
• When replacing a battery, change all the batteries with new alkaline batteries.
• Please wipe the product with soft, dry towels.
• Please keep product warranty card for A/S.
• Do not use this product with other purposes except digital door lock function.

Due to non-key door lock, it may cause destruction of digital door lock when it is in trouble.
