Operation Guides
How to Register Fingerprint
- Press the [Registration] button (located inside the battery cover).
- After opening the battery cover, press the [Registration] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the [4] button.
- Contact the fingerprint to be registered to the fingerprint input unit four times.
- Press the [Registration] button on the indoor body to complete registration. A confirmation tone will sound.
Reference: Up to 100 fingerprints can be registered. Registration will be canceled if not in progress for 20 seconds.
How to Register and Change Password
Ensure the door is open before registering your password.
- Press the [Registration] button (inside the battery cover).
- After opening the battery cover, press the [Registration] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the existing password, then press the [*] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the [1] button.
- Enter the new password (4-12 digits) and press the [*] button. A confirmation tone indicates registration is complete. Press [*] again to finish.
Reference:
- Registering a new password automatically deletes the existing one.
- Avoid using consecutive numbers for your password.
- To add more passwords, repeat step 5 before the number plate lamp turns off. Up to 4 passwords can be registered.
How to Register Smart Key
When registering or re-registering smart keys, all keys must be registered at once. Registered smart keys are for this door lock only.
- Press the [Registration] button (inside the battery cover).
- After opening the battery cover, press the [Registration] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the existing password, then press the [*] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the [2] button.
- Contact each smart key to be registered to the smart key input unit. A confirmation sound will be heard for each touch.
- Press the [Registration] button on the indoor body to complete registration.
Reference:
- Registering a new smart key automatically deletes existing ones.
- Up to 30 smart keys can be registered.
- To add more smart keys, repeat step 5 before the number plate lamp turns off.
How to Register the Linker (Optional)
- Press the [Registration] button (inside the battery cover).
- After opening the battery cover, press the [Registration] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the existing password, then press the [*] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the [3] button.
- Press the [Register] or [OP / CL] button on the linker. This is done after pressing the front door button of the wall pad (video phone) and when the interlocker is in standby mode.
Reference: Up to 5 interlocks can be registered. Repeat step 5 when registering multiple linkers.
How to Set and Dismiss 3D Touch
The 3D touch mode enhances password security by allowing virtual numbers. It is turned off at the factory.
- Touch the outdoor license plate to turn on the LED and enter the registered password.
- Press the [#] button twice in succession, then press the [0] button.
- Press the [Registration] button on the outdoor side body. This action turns the 3D touch function on or off.
Reference:
- Set tone: Piriricic. Off sound: Piric.
- When the 3D touch mode is released, the password resets to "1234".
- For master registration/deletion, fire/accident events, the mode reverts to normal number mode.
How to Delete Fingerprint, Smart Key, Linker
- Press the [Registration] button (inside the battery cover).
- After opening the battery cover, press the [Registration] button.
- On the outdoor unit's number plate, press the existing password, then press the [*] button.
- On the number plate, press the appropriate button for deletion: [7] for Smart Key, [8] for Linker, or [9] for Fingerprint.
- Press the [#] button. Press and hold the [#] button for 5 seconds to delete the selected registered item(s).
How to Set Auto Lock, Manual Lock
Ensure the Mortise Square Lock on the indoor body is turned off before setting.
- Enter the password on the outdoor unit's number plate.
- Press the [#] button twice in succession.
- Press the [4] button for Auto Lock setting or the [7] button for Manual Lock setting, then press the [Register] button. A confirmation tone will sound upon successful setting.
Opening the Door (Outdoor)
Method 1: Open the door by password
- Touch the outdoor license plate to turn on the LED and enter the registered password.
- Press the [*] button. A confirmation tone will sound, and the door will unlock.
Method 2: Open door with Smart Key
- Contact the registered smart key to the smart key input unit. A confirmation tone will be heard, and the door will unlock when opened.
Method 3: Open door by Interlocking (Optional)
- Press the [OP/CL] button on the interlock. The door will open.
Door Locking (Indoor and Outdoor)

Reference: Pressing the [Double lock] button in manual lock mode will produce a "beep" sound, indicating the door is locked.
Internal Double Lock Setting
This function prevents the door from being opened from the outside using a password or smart key.
Setting: While the door is locked, press and hold the [Double lock] button for 3 seconds. The setting is completed with an "OK" sound.
How to Release Internal Double Lock:
- Push or pull the knob from inside to open the door.
- Press the [Double lock] button inside to dismiss the internal lock.
Advanced Functions & Alerts
Volume Adjustment
- Enter the password on the outdoor unit's number plate.
- Press the [#] button.
- Press the [3] button for volume up or the [6] button for volume down.
Reference: There are 8 volume levels available. If in sound pause mode, numbers will only flicker without sound.
Dual Authentication / Registration Authentication Setting
This feature allows for enhanced security by requiring multiple authentication steps.
- Enter the password on the outdoor unit's number plate.
- Press the [#] button twice, then press the [1] button for Dual Authentication or the [8] button for Registration Authentication.
- Press the [Regist.] button on the outdoor body to activate or deactivate the chosen mode. An active mode will produce a "Bee ri ri rik" sound, while deactivation results in a "Bee rik" sound.
Reference:
- Dual Authentication: Requires Password + Card to open the door.
- Registration Authentication: Requires initial authentication by an existing password for subsequent steps.
- Factory setting: Dual authentication is deactivated; Registration authentication is activated.
- To deactivate, repeat the activation procedure.
Sound Pause Mode
This function provides a temporary silence for one operation, regardless of the latest volume setting.
How to use:
- Touch the number plate and press the [#] button.
- Press the [*] button after entering the password, or contact a Card/Fingerprint to open the door.
Reference: Sound returns to the original volume after one operation in pause mode.
High Temperature Alarm
If an extremely high temperature (60°C ± 10°C) is detected, the lock automatically releases, allowing the door to be opened with a loud alarm sound to ensure user safety.
Emergency Power
When the door cannot be opened due to fully discharged batteries, power can be supplied using a 9V battery.
- Contact the terminals of a 9V battery to the emergency power outlet on the lock.
- Enter the password and press [*] to open the door while the battery is connected.
Note: A 9V emergency battery is sold separately.
Emergency Key
In case of malfunction where the door cannot be opened, a mechanical key can be used.
- Open the bottom cover of the outdoor body to access the mechanical key box.
- Insert and turn the mechanical key to open the door for emergency release.
Caution: It is recommended to store your mechanical key outside the door for emergency use.
Factory Reset Mode
This mode resets all settings to their default values.
- Press the [Regist.] button (inside the battery cover).
- When the number plate lights on, input "123578951".
- Press the [#] button for 2 seconds.
Factory default mode is completed with a beep sound. Caution: All settings will revert to default after a factory reset.
Alerts
Anti-mischief Alert and 1 Minute Pause
If an unregistered password, smart key, or fingerprint is used more than 5 times consecutively, the operation will freeze for 1 minute, accompanied by an alert sound.
Reference: To deactivate the alert sound, open the door from the indoor handle or use a mechanical key if available.
Deadbolt Jam Alert
When the deadbolt is jammed during door opening or closing, an alert sound "bee bee bee bee" will ring 3 times.
Caution: If the alert sound cannot be deactivated or the door lock malfunctions, the product's installation position may need adjustment. Contact your local installer or service provider.
Door Open Alert during Automatic Lock Setting
To inform the user of the door's open status during automatic lock setting, an alert sound will ring twice every 15 minutes if the door is opened.
Battery Replacement Alert
When the battery alert light illuminates on the number plate or a beep sound occurs, the batteries must be replaced. All batteries should be replaced simultaneously with new ones.
Caution: Battery life can vary. Expected lifetime is approximately 10 months under normal usage (10 times/day, no wireless operation). Battery leakage can damage the product; check regularly. Wireless module activation may shorten battery life.
Burglar Alert
If the door is opened by abnormal operations, such as a door gap breakthrough, a burglar alert will sound with a noise level exceeding 80dB.
How to deactivate burglar or temperature alert: Remove batteries or use [password + *] or [smartkey touch]. Note: High temperatures may prevent deactivation.
Deactivation from Outdoor Unit
To deactivate the internal dual lock from the outdoor unit:
- Enter the password.
- Press the [#] button, then the [9] button. The internal dual lock will be turned off with a beep sound.
