Enhance Your Experience with the Soundcore App

Download the soundcore app to unlock advanced features for your earbuds. These include Ambient Sound modes, adaptive noise control, HearID Sound personalization, equalizer tuning, custom control settings, and firmware updates.

If you encounter connection issues with the soundcore app, ensure you have updated it to the latest version available in your mobile app store.

Achieve the Best Fit and ANC Performance

Select the Ear Tips that best fit your ears. Use the 'Fit Test' feature within the soundcore app to ensure a proper seal for optimal Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) performance.

Available ear tip sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL.

Charging Your Earbuds and Case

Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. The LED indicators will turn off when charging is complete.

Step 1: Prepare Earbuds

Tear off the insulation sticker on the earbuds before first use.

Step 2: Place in Case

Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

Step 3: Connect Power

Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.

Alternatively, place the charging case in the center of a wireless charger for wireless charging.

Charging Status Indicators:

10 minutes of charging provides approximately 4 hours of playback.
Battery level indicators for the charging case:
Less than 30%
30% - 70%
70% - 95%
96% - 99%
100%

Powering On and Bluetooth Pairing

When you open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

For the first-time connection, select "soundcore Space A40" from your device's Bluetooth list.

Connection Status:

Pairing mode: Indicated by flashing lights (e.g., 3s flashing).
Connected: Indicated by a steady light (e.g., 2s steady).
Battery level indicators for earbuds/case: < 5%, 5% - 30%, 30% - 70%, >70%

Connect to Two Devices Simultaneously

The Soundcore Space A40 earbuds support multipoint connection, allowing you to connect to two devices at the same time and switch between them effortlessly.

To enable multipoint connection:

Wear both earbuds.
Press and hold the touchpad on both earbuds simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Select "soundcore Space A40" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect.
