Feedback & FAQ
Users can access support and frequently asked questions directly through the PETLIBRO app. Navigate to "Me" > "Feedback" to chat with customer service staff online or send an inquiry email. The FAQ section is also available within the app.

App Control
Network, Router & System Requirements
- The PETLIBRO feeder supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.
- For optimal Wi-Fi connection, position the feeder close to the router. The recommended range is within 6 meters (19.7 feet) without significant obstacles or walls.
- The app is compatible with iPhones running iOS 12.0 or later and Android smartphones running Android 5.0 or later.
Install the App & Log In
- Download the PETLIBRO app by searching "PETLIBRO" in the App Store (Apple App Store icon: ) or Google Play (Google Play Store icon: ▶).
- Sign up for a new account or log into an existing one.
Automatically Add the Device
Before adding a device, ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone.
- Open the PETLIBRO app and tap the "+" symbol to initiate the device search.
- The app will automatically search for nearby devices. Once found, tap the desired device to add it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Manually Add the Device
If the app fails to automatically detect devices, manual addition is an alternative.
- From the "ADD MANUALLY" list, tap the specific device model (e.g., "Feeder PLAF103 WiFi") you wish to add and proceed with the on-screen instructions.

- After successful addition, tap the device icon on the Home page to access its controls.
Note: All successfully added devices will be displayed on the app's Home page.
