Display Area & Status Indicators
The display area features indicators for Lock, Low Food Level, Wi-Fi, and Warning. These indicators provide visual feedback on the device's status.

Buttons & Operation

Getting Started
Installation
- Turn the lid counterclockwise to remove it.
- Place the desiccant bag in the desiccant bag holder under the lid.
- Add dry pet food to the food tank. Ensure kibble size is between 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in). Fill to the maximum kibble size line, avoiding overfilling.
- Replace the lid and turn it clockwise to secure.
- Install the stainless steel bowl and bowl tray onto the feeder base.
Power On
- Connect the feeder to a wall outlet using the power adapter and power cable. The feeder will automatically turn on.
- Install three D alkaline batteries into the battery compartment for power outage backup.
Notes:- Batteries are for emergency backup only; do not use as the sole power source.
- When both power adapter and batteries are used, the feeder draws power via the cable.
- When powered only by batteries, Wi-Fi, play button, and reset button are disabled to extend working time, but meal schedules function normally.
Power Off
Unplug the cable from the outlet and remove the batteries.
App Control
Network, Router & System Requirements
- Supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Keep the feeder within 6m (19.7ft) of your router for optimal Wi-Fi connection, avoiding obstacles.
- Supports iPhones running iOS 12.0+ and Android smartphones running Android 5.0+.
Install the App & Log In
- Search "PETLIBRO" in the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
- Sign up and log into your account.
Automatically Add the Device
Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone.
- Open the app and tap the "+" symbol.
- The app will automatically search for nearby devices. Tap the desired device and follow on-screen instructions.
Manually Add the Device
If the app cannot find devices, manually add by tapping the device in the "ADD MANUALLY" list and following instructions.
Device Controls & Settings
All successfully added devices appear on the Home page. The app allows control and monitoring of various aspects:
- Wi-Fi signal: Indicates connection strength.
- Food level: Shows current food amount.
- Total feeding amount & frequency today: Summarizes daily feeding.
- Settings: Access device settings.
- Sound: Adjust device sound.
- Power connection: Indicates power source.
- Battery level: Displays battery status.
- Cancel today's feeding schedule: Allows cancellation without affecting future schedules.
- View more work records: Access feeding history.
- Manual feeding: Initiate a manual feed.
- Scheduled feeding: Manage scheduled meals.
- Record a voice message: Record and set a voice message for feeding times.

For customer service, go to "Me > Feedback" in the PETLIBRO app to chat online or send an inquiry email. FAQs are also available in the app.
- Record a voice message: Set a custom message for feeding.
- Notifications: Configure device notifications.
- Wi-Fi network: Change the connected Wi-Fi network.
- Firmware update: Update device firmware.
- Unbind device: Disconnect the device from your account and delete settings (except recording data).

Care and Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your pet feeder.
- Power off the device before cleaning.
- Clean the lid, food tank, tank base, stainless steel bowl, and bowl tray with tap water.
- Do not clean the feeder in a dishwasher, except for the stainless steel bowl which is dishwasher safe.
- Use a soft dry cloth to clean the feeder base. Do not wash any part with electronic components.
- Replace the desiccant bag every half a month to keep food fresh.
- Remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the lid.
Disassembly for Cleaning
- Remove the lid and take out the desiccant bag.
- Ensure the food tank is empty. Pull the notches on both sides of the food tank outward slightly, then lift to remove.
- Hold the feeder base, turn the tank base counterclockwise, and lift to remove.
- Remove the stainless steel bowl and bowl tray from the feeder.
- Thoroughly rinse and air-dry the lid, food tank, tank base, stainless steel bowl, and bowl tray before reassembly.
Troubleshooting
- If the feeder is not dispensing food, ensure the tank has enough food.
- If the feeder won't turn on, check power adapter, cable, or battery installation.
- Ensure food is dry and kibble size is 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in).
- If food won't come out, remove food tank and tank base, then check for blockages in the chute.
- If food won't come out due to low battery, power adapter connection issues, or power outage (when adapter is connected but batteries are not installed), address these issues.
- Initial portions may vary slightly; after about 6 feedings, portions should be consistent.

- Do not use the feeder outdoors. Frequently check operation.
- Do not use wet, canned, or moist food.
- Do not disassemble the feeder beyond user manual instructions.
- Only use manufacturer-recommended accessories.
- Do not modify the pet feeder.
- Examine the feeder after installation. Do not plug in if water is on the power cable or plug.
- Position the power cable away from foot traffic to avoid tripping.
- Do not install or store the feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 0°C (32°F).
- Use D alkaline batteries; do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Regularly check and replace batteries with new ones before extended absences.
- Lift the pet feeder using both hands and the base, keeping it upright. Do not lift by the lid, food tank, or food bowl.
- Suitable for dry food only, with kibble sizes 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in). Larger kibble may get stuck.
- Do not put fingers into the food outlet or touch the rotor.
- Power off the device when not in use.
