Getting Started

Installation

  1. Turn the lid counterclockwise to remove it.
  2. Place the desiccant bag in the desiccant bag holder under the lid.
  3. Add dry pet food to the food tank. Ensure kibble size is between 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in). Fill to the maximum kibble size line, avoiding overfilling.
  4. Replace the lid and turn it clockwise to secure.
  5. Install the stainless steel bowl and bowl tray onto the feeder base.

Power On

  1. Connect the feeder to a wall outlet using the power adapter and power cable. The feeder will automatically turn on.
  2. Install three D alkaline batteries into the battery compartment for power outage backup.
Notes:
  • Batteries are for emergency backup only; do not use as the sole power source.
  • When both power adapter and batteries are used, the feeder draws power via the cable.
  • When powered only by batteries, Wi-Fi, play button, and reset button are disabled to extend working time, but meal schedules function normally.

Power Off

Unplug the cable from the outlet and remove the batteries.
