Product Overview

This document provides assembly instructions for the HOMCOM Freestanding Kitchen Pantry. The pantry features 4 doors and 2 cabinets, offering ample storage space.

Estimated assembly time: 2 hours. Recommended for 2 people.

Tools Recommended: Screwdriver (manual and/or electric drill with appropriate settings).

Assembly Instructions

Quickfit and Cam Lock Assembly

Quickfit: Tighten quickfit until the shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

Cam Lock: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.

Drawer Runner Assembly

Note: Pull inner and outer drawer runners apart before fixing them to panels.

Slide drawer runners apart until the drawer lock can be seen. Press and hold the drawer runner lock and then continue to slide drawer runners apart. Your inner and outer drawer runners are now ready to be fixed to panels.

Anti-Dumping Belt Installation

This anti-dumping belt is used to fix the product to the wall for safety. It can be used or not, depending on your needs.

Wall Mounting:

• If mounting to a solid wall, use expansion and self-tapping screws.
• If mounting to a wooden wall, use only self-tapping screws.
• Please do not overtighten the screws.

[!] Warning: Ensure the product is securely attached to the wall to prevent tipping.

Detailed Assembly Steps:

Step 1 & 2: Base Assembly

Attach parts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 using hardware A and B as shown in the diagrams. Ensure correct orientation of cam locks and quickfits.

Step 3: Drawer Runner Attachment

Attach drawer runners (O1) to the designated panels using hardware F.

Step 4: Side Panel Attachment

Connect side panels (2) and (3) to the base panel (1) using hardware A, B, C, D, and F. Ensure proper alignment and tightening of cam locks.

Step 5: Shelf Installation

Insert shelves (11) into the main cabinet structure using hardware A and D.

Step 6: Back Panel Attachment

Attach back panels (12) to the assembled frame using hardware B.

Step 7 & 8: Vertical Divider and Top Panel Installation

Install vertical dividers (9, 10) and the top panel (12) using hardware A and H. Ensure secure connections.

Step 9 & 10: Drawer Assembly

Assemble the drawer components (13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24) using various hardware including A, B, D, G, J, K, L, M, N, P1-P5. Follow the specific diagrams for each step of the drawer construction.

Step 11 & 12: Door Attachment

Attach doors (15, 16, 17, 18) to the main cabinet using hinges and hardware F, J, K, L. Ensure doors are aligned correctly.

Step 13 & 14: Final Assembly and Drawer Insertion

Complete the assembly by attaching any remaining components and inserting the assembled drawers into their runners.

Step 15 & 16: Anti-Dumping Belt Attachment

Secure the anti-dumping belt to the top of the unit and to the wall using appropriate screws (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5) and wall anchors if necessary.

Step 17 & 18: Final Checks

Ensure all screws are tightened and the unit is stable. Check that drawers slide smoothly.
