Installation Steps
Step 6.1: Mounting Feet Preparation
Attach part [part 52PL0001] to the vehicle roof mounting points. Ensure maximum torque is applied.
Step 6.2: Positioning Mounting Feet
Position the four mounting feet (parts 00G00137, 00G00138, 00G00139, 00G00140) using part 52PL0001 on the front and rear of the vehicle. Ensure correct orientation.
Step 6.3: Front Crossbar Spacing
Measure the distance between the front roof rack feet. The distance should be 69.5 cm.
Step 6.4: Front Crossbar Installation
Install the front crossbars. Attach part 40FE0153 to the left side and part 40FE0154 to the right side. Use the M6x12 screw with left-hand thread (part 81FE0001) and hex key (part 72FE0008). Tighten to a minimum torque of 3 Nm.
Step 6.5: Rear Crossbar Installation
Install the rear crossbars. Attach part 40FE0155 to the left side and part 40FE0156 to the right side. Use the M6x12 screw with left-hand thread (part 81FE0001) and hex key (part 72FE0008). Tighten to a minimum torque of 3 Nm.
