Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assembling and Connecting the Desk Legs

Warning: This step involves heavy components. Assistance may be needed.

  1. Attach the Crossbar (01) to the Left Desk Leg (02) and Right Desk Leg (03) using Bolts (B). Ensure the legs are oriented correctly. Use the Large Allen Wrench (F) to tighten.
  2. Attach the Leg Bases (04) to the bottom of the Left and Right Desk Legs using Bolts (A). Use the Large Allen Wrench (F) to tighten.

Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates and the Transmission Rod

  1. Attach the Side Plates (05) to the top of the assembled desk legs using Bolts (B). Ensure the 'Arrow Outwards' marking on the Side Plate faces outwards. Use the Large Allen Wrench (F) to tighten.
  2. Before inserting the Transmission Rod (06), measure the heights of the two desk legs to ensure they are level. If not, insert the Transmission Rod (06) into the hole in the left leg. Turn the rod anti-clockwise to raise the left leg or clockwise to lower it until it is level with the right leg. Ensure the set screw on the transmission rod faces out.
  3. Smoothly connect the other end of the Transmission Rod (06) to the motor drive shaft on the right leg.
  4. Secure the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft by turning the set screw clockwise using the Small Allen Wrench (E).
  5. Loosen the coupling nut on the transmission rod. Once the rod is properly seated, tighten the coupling nut to fine-tune the transmission rod fit.

Step 3: Assembling and Attaching the Desktop

  1. Assemble the Desktop (07) by inserting Wood Dowel Pins (D) into the pre-drilled holes. Attach Desktop Panel Connectors (H) to the desktop using Screws (C). (Drill not included)
