Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assembling and Connecting the Desk Legs

HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step.

  1. Attach the crossbar (01) to the left desk leg (02) and right desk leg (03) using bolts (A) and the large Allen wrench (C). Ensure the crossbar is securely fastened to both legs.
  2. Attach the leg bases (04) to the bottom of the left and right desk legs using bolts (B) and the large Allen wrench (C).

Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates and the Transmission Rod

  1. Attach the side plates (05) to the top of the desk legs using bolts (A) and the large Allen wrench (C).
  2. Loosen the coupling nut on the transmission rod (06).
  3. Before attaching the transmission rod, measure the heights of the two desk legs to ensure they are level. If not, insert the transmission rod into the hole in the left leg. Turn the rod clockwise to lower the left leg or anti-clockwise to raise it until it's level with the right leg.
  4. NOTE: Make sure the set screw faces out.

Ensure the transmission rod is properly inserted into the hole in the left leg. Smoothly connect the other end of the rod to the end of the motor drive shaft on the right leg.
  5. Secure the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft by turning the set screw clockwise using the small Allen wrench (D).
  6. Tighten the coupling nut to fine-tune the transmission rod fit.

Step 3: Assembling and Attaching the Desktop

  1. Assemble the desktop (07) by inserting wood dowel pins (G) into the pre-drilled holes and joining the two desktop halves.
  2. Attach the assembled desktop to the frame using screws (F). You can use a drill (with suitable torque and speed) or a Phillips screwdriver.
  3. Attach the controller (08) and storage hooks (H) to the underside of the desktop using screws (F).

Step 4: Connecting the Cables

  1. Connect the controller (08) cable to the corresponding port on the desk leg.
  2. Connect the AC adapter (09) to the desk leg and then to a power outlet.

Step 5: Installing the Cable Hole Covers

  1. Insert the cable hole covers (J) into the desktop's cable management holes.
