Application
Diagrams illustrating the detection range of the sensor at different heights (e.g., >2m, <4m) and angles (e.g., 120°, 90°). Shows sensitive and insensitive zones.
Diagram showing the sensor's detection pattern and range up to 18m at a 2m height.
Setting & Operation
Test mode
- Turn TIME control counterclockwise to MIN position ("-").
- Turn SENS control clockwise to MAX position ("+").
- Turn LUX control counterclockwise to SUN position ("*").
- Turn on the wall switch. The unit will be light and stay on.
- Walk through the detection area. The lights turn on when you move and turn off when you stop. Wait until the lights turn off and then move again to test the sensor.
- For a smaller coverage zone, point the sensor downwards. For a wider coverage zone, point the sensor upwards.
Set up
Automatic Operation
Time adjustment: TIME controls the duration the fixture stays on once activated. Rotating the switch between "+" (max, 7±2 mins) and "-" (min, 10±5 secs) customizes the duration.
Sensor adjustment
SENS controls the detection distance of the PIR Sensor. Rotating the switch from "-"(min) to "+" (max) enables detection distance up to 18m (at 2m height).
LUX adjustment
LUX controls the sensitivity of the photosensor. "SUN" position (max) enables the light at day and night. "MOON" position (min) enables the light only at night.
Manual Over-ride
To keep the lights on regardless of motion, turn the wall switch off and on twice (off-on, off-on) within 8 seconds (interval between operations 0.5 - 2 seconds) while the lights are already on. To return to automatic operation, turn the wall switch off for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
Important Safety Information
- Read the entire manual before installation.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or national requirements.
- TURN OFF the power during installation or maintenance to avoid electrical shock.
- For indoor and semi-outdoor use only; not for public outdoor areas.
- Avoid aiming the sensor at pools, heating vents, air conditioners, or objects that may change temperature rapidly.
- The light source is not replaceable; the entire luminaire must be replaced when the light source reaches its end of life.
- Do not use or store the luminaire in corrosive environments containing hazardous materials like Sulphur, Chlorine, or phthalates.
