Step 1: Surface Preparation

If mounting surface is thinner than 3mm, proceed to Step 2. If greater than 3mm, rout a pocket 67mm (2.6") diameter until 3mm thickness is achieved.

Step 2: Mount Locking Ring

Screw or bond the locking ring in the correct orientation to the underside of the surface, according to the measured material thickness. Sikaflex 292-i is recommended.

Step 3: Prepare Charger Surface

Option 1: CNC etch logo onto the top surface. Do not exceed 0.5mm depth.

Option 2: Use the provided adhesive EPDM rubber and align it with the magnet tool. Use the Alcohol wipe to ensure the surface is free from dirt or grease.

Step 4: Install Charger

Screw the charger in until firm. Do not over-tighten. Do not use tools for this step.

Step 5: Connect Power

Connect the wires to a 12/24V supply, ensuring a waterproof connection. Fuse according to input voltage and current.
