Assembly

  1. Remove the entire machine from the packaging box.
  2. Install the drive wheel or work wheel on both ends of the transmission output shaft and secure it with the 8x40 axle pin and cotter pin.
  3. Install the blades on both ends of the transmission output shaft and secure it with the 8x50 axle pin and cotter pin.
  4. Install the support rod to the fender bracket and tighten it with the 8x50 axle pin and cotter pin.

Handlebar Assembly:

  1. Place the handlebar frame on the rotating plate, secure it with 1 pressure plate, 2 internal hex bolts M10x20, and a spring washer.
  2. Attach the decorative cover to the handlebar frame, secure it with 2 M6x12 bolts and M6 nuts.

Bumper Assembly:

Attach the outer bumper to the inner bumper adjustment bracket and tighten it with 4 M8x16 bolts and 4 M8 nuts.

Important: At the end of the assembly process, check that all parts are correctly installed.

Operating Instructions

Clutch Handle Adjustment (Fig. 1)

Fuel and Oil Filling

Caution:

Oil Filling

  1. Place the machine in a horizontal position.
  2. Insert the appropriate amount of oil into the hole in the gearbox. The oil level should be between the upper and lower limits. (Fig. 2)
  3. Insert the appropriate amount of oil into the air filter box. Open the air filter cover, clean the dust, and insert the oil. Do not overfill with oil, as this will affect air intake or engine performance.
  4. Fill the fuel tank with the appropriate amount of fuel.

Starting the Machine

Caution: Before starting, ensure that the drive and work gear levers are in neutral. Do not start the engine without the air filter installed. Before starting the engine, the clutch handle must be in the OFF position (disengaged) to prevent injury. In case of emergency, stop the engine immediately and release the clutch handle. Be sure to prime the engine before operating the machine. After pulling the starter cord, do not let it snap back into the engine abruptly to avoid damaging the starter cord. Ensure the starter cord returns slowly.

  1. Release the clutch handle.
  2. Set the drive gear lever to the forward position.
  3. Set the work gear lever to neutral.
  4. Slowly engage the clutch handle to engage the clutch. The machine can now move forward.

Moving the Work Gear Lever (Fig. 3)

  1. Release the clutch handle.
  2. Set the work gear lever to the forward or reverse position.
  3. Slowly engage the clutch handle to engage the clutch. The machine can now perform furrowing/tilling operations.

Stopping the Machine

  1. Disengage the clutch by releasing the clutch handle.
  2. After shifting to neutral, the machine stops operating.
  3. Set the throttle switch to the minimum position.
  4. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF to stop the engine.

Note: Ensure the unit is on level ground with the gear lever in neutral.
