Safety Reminder:
- This electric scooter is a leisure device but is subject to risks like vehicles when used in public areas. Follow manual instructions and traffic laws.
- Risks cannot be entirely avoided; others may violate traffic regulations. Maintain caution, proper speed, and distance, especially in unfamiliar areas. The faster the scooter, the longer it takes to stop. Smooth surfaces may cause slipping or loss of balance.
- Respect pedestrians' Right of Way. Use the bell to alert them and slow down when passing, preferably from their left. When crossing pedestrian areas, keep to the right at a low speed or dismount.
- FanttikRide is not liable for financial losses, injuries, accidents, or disputes resulting from violations of user instructions.
- Do not lend your scooter to untrained individuals. If lending to friends, ensure they know how to operate it and wear safety gear.
- Check the scooter before every use for loose parts, low battery, flat tires, excessive wear, strange sounds, or malfunctions. Stop riding immediately and call for professional support.
WARNING - Risk of Fire - No User Serviceable Parts.

Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
If you see stains on the scooter's body, wipe them off with a damp cloth. If stains won't scrub off, use toothpaste and a toothbrush, then wipe with a damp cloth. For scratches on plastic parts, use sandpaper or other abrasive materials to polish them.
Notes: Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents to prevent damage. Do not wash the scooter with a high-pressure water spray. During cleaning, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed, as water leakage may result in electric shock or other major problems.
When the scooter is not in use, keep it indoors where it is dry and cool. Do not put it outdoors for long periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and overcooling accelerate tire aging and compromise the scooter and battery pack lifespan.
Battery Maintenance
- Use original battery packs; other models or brands may cause safety issues.
- Do not touch the contacts. Do not dismantle or puncture the casing. Keep contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuits, which may result in battery damage or injuries.
- Use the original power adapter to avoid potential damage or fire.
- Mishandling of used batteries harms the environment. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
- After every use, fully charge the battery to prolong its lifespan.
Do not place the battery in environments with ambient temperatures higher than 113°F (45°C) or lower than 14°F (-10°C). Do not throw the battery pack into fire. If the scooter is expected to be idle for more than 30 days, fully charge the battery and store it in a dry, cool place. Recharge it every 60 days to protect the battery from potential damage beyond limited warranty.
Always charge before exhausting the battery to prolong its lifespan. The battery pack performs better at normal temperatures; performance is poor below 32°F (0°C). For instance, below -4°F (-20°C), the riding range is only half or less. The riding range restores as temperature rises.
Note: The FanttikRide T10/T10 Apex Electric Scooter supports Type-C fast charge, fully charged in up to 3 hours. The built-in intelligent chip logs charging and discharging records. Damage caused by prolonged no charge is irreversible and beyond limited warranty. Battery cannot be recharged if damaged (non-professionals are forbidden to dismantle the battery pack due to risks of electric shock, short circuit, or major safety accidents).
